Yulia Resort / Bungalow — Hotel in Sabang

I don't understand people who write something bad about this place. Absolutely lovely resort, with really friendly people. The owner has really big heart ♥. Yeah, It is a little far from shops, but it also plus of this place, unbelievable quite, only you and nature. You need to rent a bike (this is no problem) or if you like to walk this also no problem, just 20 min walking and you are in civilization . I saw all resorts, and didn't rush to get the room, but I stopped to search only here, because it was perfect. The resort has also a lot of space and the garden, your neighbors are not on your head, like in others places. A lot of birds.. Also there are different types of bungalows or rooms. Econom or better one, everyone will be happy. Parking place is also very big. Hardly recommended...

Jujur ini akan jadi pertama dan terakhir saya ke yulia resort, gak akan balik lagi. Sangat disayangkan padahal view nya sangat cantik dari sini. Tapi pelayanan dan kamar sangat mengecewakan. Saya jabarkan ya alasan nya Dari awal datang kamar mandi sudah bau pesing, lantai kamar lengket. Pesan kamar untuk 4 orang dan ada 4 bed, tapi handuk hanya dikasih 2, air minum juga hanya 2. Judul kamar nya sih "luxury room" tapi gaada luxury2 nya😩 interior nya jelek bgtt :( harga 800 rb/ malam dapet kamar sejelek ini. Sesimpel gula teh kopi aja tidak ada disediakan Dapat sarapan nasi goreng, tapi rasa nasi nya kayak nasi basi😭 untung ga keracunan saya Paling parah nya, saat kami komplain ke owner langsung, owner nya seperti tidak terima dan tidak senang, malah marah2 balik ke kita wkwk. Masa saya nanya "pak kamar mandi nya kenapa bau ya dari kami datang?" dan jawaban dia "gatau🤷 mungkin ada orang cuci ikan dikamar mandi" like... Wth🙃 Malah nyalahin customer dan tidak ada minta maaf sama sekali. Malah nantang2 kita😩 OMG bapak. Lalu kita malah disuruh maklumi keadaan kamar yang kotor karna katanya lagi kekurangan staff. Lah kita disuruh maklumin dia tapi waktu kita komplain dia ga terima. instropeksi diri sih pak...

Bad place. Staff and owner treats you badly. Nobody simply doesn't care about you even after you paid them. Owner didn't even allow us to go snorkelling from "his beach". Probably he forgot that we are staying at his place and rented snorkelling masks from him. Room itself was also bad, old and dirty, i.e. not maintained well. Very...
