RedDoorz Apartment near Bundaran Satelit Surabaya 2 — Hotel in Surabaya

great place to stay in west surabaya area. located behind the golden city mall. There are 2 apartment towers, and this RedDoorz is the second tower

The receptionist is friendly, when checking in we will fill in the data and the receptionist records the vehicle number (for parking)

The apartment consists of dozens of floors. And we can get a room with a city view, can gaze at the sunset / sunrise from a room with a high floor. I have repeatedly booked a room here and got a room with a good view except when it is on the lower floor because it will be blocked by other buildings. There is a minimalist swimming pool beside the apartment.

Amenities and complete toiletries reddoorz standards with bottled water, cold AC, tv with local stations, clean toilet with shower. Cheap prices and highly recommended.

The minus is in the parking lot, because we will always pay every time we leave the parking lot, even though we stay here. we should not have been charged for parking each exit the building. Hopefully the management will be improved in this parking section, the rest all hotel facilities...

Tempatnya dibelakang mall jadi harus masuk lewat pintu parkir masuk mallnya, gedung bersebelahan dg OYO. Kalau resepsionis, saya sih fine2 aja. Mungkin mbaknya emang tipe org yg tegas. Kemarin wktu kesana bareng temen2, yg ngelayani pertama mas2, orgnya ramah. Untuk parkir motor mengikuti parkir mall, nnti dibantu staff hotel agar tdk terkena denda 100k/24jam. Kemarin motor semalam cmn bayar 4k wktu diloket, dan petugasnya sudah ada catatan2 nopol2 pengunjung hotel RedDoorz. Untuk akses lift dan pintu kamar menggunakan kartu, bagi yg baru pertama kali kemungkinann akan kikuk. Tpi bagus juga agar tdk sembarangan org masuk 👍🏻 Untuk kamar SAYA PUAS SEKALI, tempat luas, konsep kreatif, bersih (walaupun ada cat yg ngelulas dan lembab) ac dingin, ada sofa duduk sebelah balkonnya. TAPI, kita g dibolehkan akses ke luar balkon. Mungkin krna banyak yg tetep jemur handuk dibalkon padahal dilarang, tv kabel, NAH TAPI...bilangnya diaplikasi ada wifi, tpi ttnyata g da.

Naaah yg sangat saya sayangkan & kecewa.. kebetulan saya waktu itu kebagian dikamar 312. Awalnya Toilet fine2 aja, tpi ketika mandi air hangat, selalu muncul hewan seperti cacing/lintah kueeciiiil bgt.😭 Saya sampek bingung ini keluar dri ubin atau airnya🤔 kan jadi keki waktu mandi dll😭 tolong...

The most shady, Dirty, Secluded, Seepage infested, Sad and Unkept hygeine hotel i have evet checked -in. I checked out in 20mins after seeinh two rooms and it is in a location that is surounded by abandoned buildings and mall. The foot fall is less. Eating areas around are zero to nill. Mc Donalds is 800m-1km far. I will never recommend this...
