This hotel is just a stone throw away from the train station. If you are a light sleeper, may not be suitable as you will hear train passing by on/off. The sound proofing of the room is not good. From the exterior, the hotel looks well maintained; the interior actually quite dated. You can hear next door neighbour hanging clothes and doors closing and opening.The room is comfortable and clean (as they are not using carpet). The cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved. Found some ants at the sink but can't find where ants came from. Just a few walk distance you can go to the Mangkubumi Street and you will find Tugu Yogyakarta. This place in the night mostly used by the photographer mania to take some pictures with the Tugu Yogya as a background. On the right side you can go to Mallioboro. This is quite well known area at Yogya where you can find some batik craft and traditional culinary from Yogya.
