I stayed here for nearly three months along with several of my coworkers. The location near our office was the primary draw along with the amenities. But the smiling, supportive staff were the highlight. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and generally quiet given the street noise and generators. The nearby secure parking lot is plus. ||||The staff would call us by name and were always there to give the personal touches. Example- I was so caught up in work, I forgot my own birthday... but the staff did not. They surprised me with a fabulous cake complete with mini fireworks. ||||Special nod to Larry, security specialist, who was there nearly every time I left work or returned from work, always with a friendly word.||||This is a great place for expat workers to stay as well as travelers. I wanted to stay in another hotel, but a friend of mine referred me to this one the last minute and I'm so happy I stayed here. The same price you would pay in another regular hotel, but here you get a suite (two bed rooms, living room and a kitchenette) instead of a small room in regular hotels. Very clean, new modern furniture, staff are very friendly and very fast. They even organized my cloths in the closet without me asking. Breakfast in room (free). Location is excellent, price is very cheap compared with suites in other hotels.||||Hotel has no restaurant, swimming pool or gym. It's just suites with no other facilities.||||I would use this hotel every time I'm in Erbil and I recommend...
