Quaint Hotel — Hotel in Ankawa

The room is so clean and enough big. The furnitures are modern, the bed is huge and comfortable. Everything is so clean. We have not front window in the 107 number room, so it's a bit dark even with the lot of lights. All the workers are kind and helpful in this hotel. The breakfast is awesome, many type of eggs, cheese, bread and pastries, cappuccino, coffee, tea, sweets, vegetables... Etc. So much variety and in the 7 floor the atmosphere is so beautiful. My wife stayed in this hotel for 2 nights , before she checked out today 04/09/2021 the reception lady which is from (SYRIA) I’m not sure what is her name exactly accused my wife for stealing a safe from the room which we know later there was no safe at all , the lady was asking my wife for some tips but my wife refused to give her anything so she claimed there was a safe on the room they couldn’t find. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so friendly, and even though our stay was in Ramadan the service was excellent. I would have given it 5 stars if it was more up to date. Realistically, it is a bit dated - but that didn't spoil the experience for us at all. Having travelled so much, and adapted to many different situations, we do look at things differently to many.
