Damasquino resturant — Restaurant in Ankawa Subdistrict

There are two separate divisions; one for families only and the other one goes for singles and take away orders. So kindly note that my review is standing for the singles' division. There is a very good variety of food with amazing and delicious taste. The staff there is very nice and friendly, .however, from my side there is a big con the must be considered which is smoking inside the restaurant as it must be 🚫 prohibited. Even if you are a smoking person you can't smell the smoking ashes while eating specially when the place is a closed one. The area is nice and accessible and the restaurant decorations are nice as well. Prices are within average but very acceptable for the value provided through quality and quantity 👌 All in all, enjoy the food there specially the chicken sandwich with the restaurant name. We kept getting our order wrong! (Missing stuff, non-ordered stuff in the bag or completely the order of another costumers). There was something wrong with our order 3 out of 4 times we ordered, even though they have bills and they check the order numbers. Please check your order before leaving the place!! These people are so chaotic!!

The last time, we finally ordered the recommended shawarma. But the shawarma sandwich is so overrated, underwhelming, and not that good. had a great experience at Damasqino Restaurant in Ainkawa, Erbil. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing – perfect for a quiet meal. The vibe of the place was really pleasant, making it easy to enjoy the food and the company.

I ordered the diet chicken and some BBQ, and both were absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked, while the BBQ had a great smoky flavor.
