Read moreI rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserves one because of how disappointing my stay was. From the moment I entered the room, I knew it was going to be a bad experience. The air conditioning barely worked, and in the summer heat this was unbearable. The room itself was dirty – the floor wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom had stains, and the furniture looked extremely old and worn out.
Nothing in this hotel matches the photos or description online. It feels neglected, outdated, and poorly managed. For the price I paid, I expected at least a comfortable and clean stay, but instead I got a room that felt more like a cheap, run-down motel.
The management clearly does not care about guest comfort or cleanliness, and it shows. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else – you’ll thank...
Read moreI stayed there 4 nights in 3 different rooms. The first night was impossible to sleep due to the fact the room was facing the noisy Sadoun street and the windows are not good at all. Then they changed my room. On the building side there is more silence. I slept quite well. The breakfast is ok. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. By the way, since the price is quite high (85,000 IDQ for 1 person) and the rooms are in very bad conditions, I would like to know where this money goes. Every tap has water leakages. Almost everything inside the room is damaged, sheets have holes, walls are marked, etc... They clean the hotel hall a lot but in my opinion a maintenance of the rooms...
