Ladies and gentlemen it's official the best hotel of the bests.you wanna have a vacation just go to rotana hotel it's a vacation it self they have everything like everything that the best hotel needs. So first let's talk about the looby it's so peaceful they have a fabulous lobby you could just sit in the lobby beautiful decorations if you are a girl you are lucky because it's the perfect place for a photo and they have business room which contains laptops and printer and more if you need an important thing and you need to print or make you could just do it easily they have ATM they have lots of types of restaurant and a small cafe that have a really good espresso I recommend drinking it and in the lobby they have very comfy couchs.okay now lest talk about parking you just leave your car to the car staff they will park it perfectly and anytime you need your car back just give them the ticket that they gave you.elivators they have fast elevator in the mater in second you get to the top and they have a lots of elevators.rooms:there rooms are perfect they have anything a good room needs lots of spaces they have every accessories that you need there bed are so comfy you will fall asleep really easly and they have a big bathroom and have everything in it for showering and they got tv and desks that are really good for any works that you have there rooms are quite as well not like other hotels and they have non smoking room and smoking rooms. cleanliness I think it's the cleanest hotel you can't even see any dust and don't make me talk about the cleanliness of their food it's too clean to describe . An authentic luxury hotel with a high standard for everything:

The stunning architecture of the building (both the exterior and the exquisite and original design and impressive decoration of the interiors). Its modernity and technology. The amount of services it offers (both swimming pools, both saunas, the jacuzzi, the gym, the treatment rooms, etc, all of it, with relaxing ambience music and lightning, is just amazing.) Apart from being brand new (it's open only since 2022), the perfect maintenance of all the equipment just shines. The high level of comfort, silence, large size and very tasteful decor of the rooms (perfectly equipped with everything you may need and even much more). The restaurants (with special mention for the one specialized in Lebanese cuisine "Kamoon" on the ground floor with live traditional music at nights on the outdoor terrace with the option of smoking aromatic fruity shishas: just superb! But the Italian "Balsamico" is great too). The highest professionalism of the service offered and extreme care, education, kindness and attention from all the staff...

Everything is taken care of down to the last detail (the exterior glass elevator with a view, selected marbles and furniture, light sensors in cabinets, glazed bathrooms, hair dryers in the bathrooms of the swimming pools and saunas, even the tiles in the heated pool have an iridescent rainbow effect, etc.)

Everything, absolutely everything in this hotel exudes quality, fineness, elegance and pure class (even the employees themselves), and is worthy of praise and deserves my admiration and the highest possible mark and regard.

And all, absolutely all hotel staff that I have met truly exceed my expectations and show a very high level of education, which I would define simply as "exquisite", and they make you feel very special under an also very special treatment, perfectly matching the outstanding hotel itself.
