Basic place with all of the necessities, perfect for anyone looking for a place to be safe and rest , i don’t have any complaints but the coffee machine in the dining room is really really … bad .. but what made me not think about it at all is that you could get coffee at the hotel’s bar for free till 11 am if you paid for breakfast, the bar’s coffee is so much better and it’s good . Nothing too impressive and the pool is really good and enough for people who’re looking to spend the holidays on a budget in eilat , good for people who don’t care too much about what hotel this is as long as it’s clean and provides everything. We didn’t ask for anything, we don’t have lots of things to look for in a hotel , if you’re cool and easy going then it’s for you , we spent our days outside anyways and we only came to sleep and rest and be safe and have lots of privacy. I liked the bathroom and we got a balcony, i really liked our room in the second floor it was 250 , was really close to everything, and really really easy to know where everything is , if you want something fancy then it’s not the place for you but I really recommend it to people who don’t like spending thousands on hotels . Really really budget friendly, I personally liked the food , wasn’t too creative but I’m not complaining, i ate and I was always full , there’s supermarkets close by , and close to the mall and other stores , the bar is good and Alex ..? The blonde worker is really nice give him a raise , the girl with long straight brown hair is also a beautiful good working lady , give her a raise , mohammad the waiter is incredible, give him a raise , he helped me a lot at the dining room . Most staff are really friendly, I’ll definitely be coming back , I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all , i got treated well , nobody was racist and treated me in an uncomfortable way except some people from our group LOL The rooms are clean and the balcony is nice. It is so bad in so many ways, I will never go there again I don't really know how to respond these comments so I will add it here, Dear inbar, thanks for your respond, As I mentioned it was bad in almost all aspects, mostly the service We paid for 3 rooms, 1 room was for 3 adults which one of them is disabled person. The two other rooms was for 2 adults with 3 children and one baby. We got rooms in the third floor in the most far away rooms from the lobby. I would like to remind that there was disabled person in our group and of course we mentioned his disabilities when we booked the rooms. The room was smelled like ashtray and it was very dirty which also puts him in a very high risk due to his disability. We explained this to the shift manager who told us that there nothing to do about it and that she will try to change their room on the second day. After they cleaned the smell we gave up even though it wasn't good for him. I don't have time or energy to write it all as a story so I will write what was not good. Our rooms wasn't clean,. We found ants in the chocolate that we got because we are your club members, it was disgusting it was better if we wouldn't get in the first place. The rooms should be repaired as you can see in the photos. No place near the swimming pool. My shirt fallen to the 2nd floor balcony and dispite my efforts I didn't get it only after few days to my home.

The main problem is the lack of service, We tried our best to contact who ever we could in Fatal phone and in the hotel reception and we didn't get any good respond, we told them about the ants and the shirt so meny times and nobody contacted us.
