I arrived around 2am in the morning following a late flight and the man on the desk was very grumpy, maybe I had woken him up! The location of the hotel is excellent just off the main square, near the beach. I always managed to find a parking spot around the back of the hotel although that would be difficult during daylight hours. You have to put a ticket on your car between 9am and 7pm apart from Shabat and annoyingly the ticket machine was out of order so I had to climb the hill to find the nearest one. Yes, the room was small and the shower awkward but it was clean and comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a fridge, which was handy to keep drinks cool in for when returning to the room after a hot day's sightseeing - a fresh small bottle of water was replaced each day. The breakfasts were good with fresh salads and a choice of omelette with or without cheese or fried eggs. The Shabat breakfast on Saturday was a feast! My only complaint was that, as it seems everywhere, they had 'plastic' coffee with capsules out of a machine - a piping hot pot of tea of coffee would have been much better. All in all, I would recommend staying here as this hotel offered certainly better value than those...

It was hard to get the jet-lagged kids up, but we dragged everyone and our luggage out with the staff yelling at us.||The location was great, in downtown and across the street from the ocean. But that didn't make up for the lack of...
Read moreWe stayed two nights and chose the hotel through trip advisor.||The staff were great recognising we had flown in over night they had the room ready much earlier than normal so we could rest up. ||We had a deluxe room which is slightly larger than the normal room and we are glad we did for that extra space.||The bathroom was a wet room with a great shower only down side was the damp smell when you returned to the room after a day out. Soon passed though.||Breakfast was very good and a lot of it. Egg choice was fried or omelette (with cheese if preferred) and plenty of juices and coffee. A good start to a long day's walking.||Only down side was the roof terrace was closed.
