Horrible Experience – Stay Away ( more like Chung Sting)!
We visited this restaurant thinking it had high reviews, but we were scammed instead. The food was overly sweet, bland, and filled with sugar and cabbage in every dish. The prices were ridiculously high for poorly made meals. While the waitress was nice and helpful with the menu, nothing we ordered was worth it.
At the end, we were hit with a surprise 12% service charge for both the kitchen and staff, which we were never informed about. When we questioned it, we were told it's forced by the owner, who is cheap and out of touch. Read moreThe perfect example why Chinese restuarants/food is dead in Israel. Place: the decor is very old (at least 20 years old - since it opened), the staff, not very welcoming, our waitress had the attitude of "why-did-you-come-just-leave-me-alone-because-I-dont-want-be-here". Food: an enormous menu, which is a dead give away that nothing is fresh, arrived to the table super-heated which indicates microwave heating, the food itself is very oily and bland (even the 'spicy' dish) across all items we got from the deal menu. Conclusion: (I'm sure) there are worse places to eat on Netanya... thou I haven't...
