A NIGHT IN THE WEDDING SUITES - 4.5 / 5 STARS

My wife and I stayed at the Prima Link Hotel in Petah Tikva for one night, on the eve of our wedding– which was held in a nearby venue. And we each took advantage of the wedding package; which allowed for a 10am check-in, and a late check-out (and various other perks like food, champagne, etc). Well the staff was incredibly friendly, and from the moment we arrived, they were very accommodating too. They brought a steamer and an Iron to the room for our suits. They let us stay in the room, with no hassle, long beyond our check-out time. They helped us arrange transportation. And when a member of our family got sick, they promptly sent over a doctor. The multiple lounges and roof-top pool were also really beautiful features with delicious snacks. Though we didn’t take too much advantage of them, and they were closed fairly early. Additionally, while the staff was super kind and generous, some requests had to be made multiple times. Perhaps they were just really busy? As for the rooms themselves… generally they were really nice and clean, with modern features and a gorgeous view. The one issue was when an outlet in one room broke, and came out of the wall while I was trying to unplug the Iron. So over-all, 4.5 / 5 stars for sure. And we would definitely stay...

We stayed at the Prima Link from 9/18-9/22 for 4 nights and absolutely loved our time there. The reception staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. I can't remember all their names, but our check in guy was so friendly and so kind and helpful. The next day two girls were at the desk and were also so accommodating. I wanted to go into Jaffa one day and was considering taking the train, but the showed me how the bus system would be much better and how to use it. They helped me get a Rav bus card, and put money on it, and showed me how to work the app on my phone. Another day I needed a taxi to Jerusalem and Tal at the front reception was a tech wizard helped me get that all figured out and helped switch my app to English and add my credit card to the app so I could pay that way. But such an incredible staff! I was very impressed with every single person's attentive care. Thank you! The facilities at the hotel are nice too. Our view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was really good and had so much variety. They even had a buffet dinner for employees at my husbands company each night which was so helpful since I was often on my own for dinner. The service at the Hotel Prima Link was exceptional. Excellent hotel with really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the friendly staff. People are very nice, especially the manager, Mr. Doron Tal, who was very helpful and generous with his time and advice. He helped us find good tours for Jerusalem and connections with the bus lines for public transportation. He went beyond advice and walked us to the bus ticket office to purchase the tickets and to the bus stop to indicate which bus to take as we were a little afraid to get lost in the city streets. The staff throughout the hotel was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping is very good, with a high quality of service, and the room has been comfortable and clean. The staff of the on-site restaurant breakfast service was friendly, very attentive, and in a good disposition to make sure we had all we wanted, offering more coffee, omelets, fruit, etc. Very pleasant and efficient service.
