Our group of four had a wonderful stay with Marissa and her family at their establishment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the walking distance to downtown Alba from the B& B was perhaps 10 minutes at the most, the morning breakfasts were a cornucopia of delight with a myriad of options. Marissa was so accommodating to our dietary needs. One of our party had a plant-based diet and Marissa bent over backwards to find healthy options and she succeeded. Her family has a large garden along with a farm to table luncheon restaurant named Succolento which offers the best in prepared organic meals. We enjoyed the brilliant sunshine every morning on the balcony for our generous breakfasts and relaxed in the afternoon on the sun-drenched patio. One afternoon we were lounging on the patio and in the blink of an eye, Marissa brought out some watermelon slices followed by a variety of breads and cheeses and even some grapes freshly picked off their patio vines. Our host paid attention to even the littlest details to insure a top-notch experience. Everything about this B&B was exceptional and our group would highly recommend this lodging to anyone traveling in...

It was very peaceful Marisa looked after us very well. They have a lovely fruit juice business and do lunches in a small cafe area downstairs. Being on a gastronomic tour we didn't think we would have much space for breakfast, but we managed to eat quite a bit of the delicious breakfast provided.||||We had been a little worried about walking distance to Alba centre as Google Maps seems to get confused with the address (and, in fact, Waze took us to the wrong place on the way there). However, it is a very easy and pleasant stroll into town.||||All in all, a perfect place to stay for a...
Read moreThe room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. The bread, cheeses, cured hams were amazing. We also had home prepared pastries, eggs from the hens in the backyard and home made jams for breakfast. At the lower floor is an organic green juice shop. You can buy green extracts and really good soups. We spent 5 days walking on average 15 miles a day visiting castles in the adjacent hills. Great relaxing vacation. Excellent hosts. We wished we could have come in summer. The pictures of their garden from that time of year...
