Hotel Ideale Mare — Hotel in Bellaria-Igea Marina

The staff can only speak Italian and the owner is a rude Italian and a female dog as Troip Advisor won't let me use the normal word. The receptionist is friendly but you have to communicate with drawings as no one speaks anything other than Italian. Rooms are tiny and the bathroom has a fixed shower heads which sprays all over the toilet and the bidet aka urinial for Anglo Saxons.One bar of soap and one packet of shower gel was provided per room.||Food was OK but the unfriendliness and hoostility of the Italian female dog of an owner made everything unpleasant. The evening meal consisted of the usual inedible pasta, followed by some meat and instant mashed potato followed by a slice of cake. Mineral water was available at 1.50 a bottle and wine at 3.50 a glass. ||Breakfast consisted of normal Italian bread which always tastes stale even when fresh with very hard crust and bread full of holes. One slice of cheese and one slice of fatty sausage per person. 8 yoghurt pots for a group of 50 people. Jugs of hot water for tea and a machine for coffee A machine served chemical fruit juice whch tasted revolting. Do not go to this hotel unless you can speak Italian and be prepared for the normal tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms. Air condirioning in rooms and balconies withone plastic chair. Slow internet in rooms with a very long complicated security key of alphanumeric characters.. Desk no wider than a laptop squeezed between wall and bed. No bedside tables and no, place to put glasses and watch...

A lovely and friendly place where you can feel the Romagna welcome! The hotel is right in front of the sea and the view from our room was just amazing. The room was very clean as the rest of the hotel. The food was tasty and abundant and the courtesy of the staff impeccable. A well sort breakfast buffet helped start our days at best. The beach is just ten steps away from the hotel. The location of it made easier for us to choose different places where to go for a nice evening stroll. Moreover, the owners and employees were always ready to answer our questions or requests. We definitely spent two lovely weeks and we look forward to visit...

Sono stata ospite della vecchia gestione per 3 anni io mio marito e la nostra cagnolina Denise, l'anno scorso ho prenotato la gestione era cambiata e pensavo che avessero mantenuto lo stesso standard di attenzione invece mi sono ritrovata a cambiare hotel spendendo molto di più visto che era la settimana di ferragosto, questo perchè? ho chiesto la camera con il balcone vista mare (confermata così via mail) e mi hanno dato una camera piccolissima con una finestra e se volevo avevo il balcone dall'altra parte del corridoio fuori dalla mia camera e con la vista dietro l'hotel e in più neanche in privacy con tutti i vetri così se avessi mai voluto stare rilassata in costume sul terrazzo ci dovevo stare in pubblico In più l'amore che avevano gli altri proprietari per gli animali DIMENTICATO ora non puoi lasciare neanche il cagnolino in camera nelle ore più calde del pomeriggio in modo che non soffra in spiaggia o sull'asfalto (la nostra poi è anziana e avrebbe dormito tutto il tempo fino alla sera all'ora della passeggiata) non commento ! ah mi hanno restituito la caparra ! sinceramente dopo 5 ore di viaggio per arrivare e trovare una situazione del genere avrebbero dovuto pagarmi la differenza della vacanza !...
