What a great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, with a view of the mountains. The bathroom and shower were perfect. Hairdryer and body wash in the room. Also had a mini fridge for storage, and a smart TV. Women working at reception were very nice and helpful. I love that they have everything you need in the lobby (phone chargers, snacks, quick frozen meal) in case you don’t feel like going out after a day of hiking. Breakfast was totally worth it with lots of good options (fresh bread, fruits, deli meats, pastries, yogurt, eggs and coffee). Such a good value for the price. Just be aware the hotel is in South Bolzano, so you will need to take a quick bus to get to the main part of the city. On your way in you can reach the hotel using a bus from Bolzano train station, or a 10 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. They have a good breakfast for the price. We arrived by car and did not have any problems to find a free parking lot in front of the hotel. It is located in a industrial area I would say, because the view from the room was not nice and only roofs from shops etc were visible. The worst part of our experience was the fact that there were many dogs in the hotel. They barked in the middle of the night and sleeping was not possible after 6AM because dogs on the hotels floors were barking and some guests left their dog in the room when having breakfast. They offer fresh fruits, some healthy bread options and vegan cake for breakfast which is great!

Very good option when by car. The hotel is very new, modern, and with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent beds. Free hotel parking directly in front. We use the B&B Hotel chain quite a lot as transit hotels when traveling by car longer distances. This Bolzano hotel is one of their best in terms of room quality. Very near the highway between Italy and Austria via the Brenner Pass, in an office and industrial park. About 10 minute drive from the historic city centre. The entrance to the hotel and parking a bit hard to find. You have to immediately turn left after leaving the roundabout, entering a gate to the car park.

Originally, we weren’t planning to stay at this hotel while traveling from Belgium to Folgarida, opting to stay the night in Innsbruck instead. However, after we’d been stood up by the communication skills of the hotel we originally booked at, hotel B&B Bolzano threw us a magnificent lifeline.

When we had to switch gears at 23h30, after having been on the road since before 8h with two children on the backseat, we were kind of desperate and already made peace with staying the night in our car.

Being able to check-in without a prior booking turned out to be our entrance to paradise. I honestly rarely felt more thankful to set foot in a hotel lobby and open a room door. At this point (around 2 in the night), I would’ve settled for a wooden plank and a pillow, but the beds were super cosy and we had a lovely night’s rest.

Breakfast is also highly recommended as it offers a nice selection of pastries, fruits, cheeses, and great Italian coffee. Check-out isn’t until 12h either, so we didn’t have to rush, and were able to comfortably continue our journey towards our destination.

What could’ve been a horrible start to our vacation was turned around completely and it’s all down to the excellent booking system, service, and amenities of B&B Hotel Bolzano.

If you’re passing through the area and you need a place of comfort to rejuvenate yourself, I wouldn’t hesitate another second. If we ever find ourselves on the road towards the Italian ski resorts again, I know I won’t be looking for...

We booked rooms for our holiday at this hotel. We made the booking more than a month ahead and there was a mistake with the rooms we called them repeatedly to fix the dates. When we arrived they said we didn’t have 2 rooms but 1 room for different dates at their hotel. Mistakes can happen and we can understand it but the staff (Giulia) directly started blaming us and telling we shouldn’t have booked through booking website and that they said they cannot change the room etc. etc. She was extremely unapologetic and rude, zero consideration for customer satisfaction. I asked her to call the booking and explain the situation because we wanted a refund. She said they were closed she could not do it. We had to fight to get an email explaining why we cannot stay there that night and we had to call booking ourselves to make Giulia talk with them. +it is out of the city there are nicer apartment options in the city. As understood from the reply I suggest you to check your receptionists who are consistently telling things that are not true and obviously cannot even keep record of the reservations from 2 different people. We have record of everything as you were called many times by the website, if you cannot keep track of bookings and changes from booking you should not be on it. + the reservation was not in my name Giulia so sorry you cannot...

Esperienza decisamente negativa. A sto giro, invece, l'apocalisse.
