My husband and I visited this hotel while on a cycle tour across Europe. The room had a tv, and it was clean and spacious. The bathroom had toiletries and a hairdryer. We also had a lovely balcony. We slept well and had a nice comfortable stay. The only issue we had was we thought we may have had a coffee machine or at least a kettle since it was 4 star rated. The room had a kitchenette that was locked up with a padlock. Also, the minibar fridge was missing (understandable when covid was rife, but it is now 2023). Although they did leave us a bottle of water on the side. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The service was excellent. It was a lovely hotel. It had a pool and spa facilities and also parking facilities and a garage. It would have got the five stars if we'd have had a kettle or coffee machine.

I was expecting something else from a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately the room was ugly and shower was kinda dirty, the toilet was in the shower so it got wet after showering and the water stayed there for hours after. Everything in the room was visibly old and very worn out (wardrobe, floors, desk, chairs, TV, hair dryer). There was no door to the bathroom so a little to no privacy in the small room. It felt like a very cheap airbnb, but the stay certainly wasnt cheap. To be honest, I am glad we stayed for only one night. Early checkin was also not allowed (I asked few months prior arrival) so we spent half a day waiting in the lobby. For one night we paid more than in very luxury hotel in Munich so I cannot be satisfied. The only positive thing was the breakfast - very delicious.

Service-Disaster

We were looking forward to do a 14 day hike along the Alta Via 9 and chose this hotel to be our start and end point as its close to the airport of Bolzano. We paid the full price for both nights in advance (2x 153€ + 6€ tourist tax) as we were prepared to walk the Alta Via anyway whatever happens. But then, the unexpected happenened: The sister of my partner came down with terminal Leukemia and they gave her days to a few weeks to live. So we turned around and gave the hotel 2 weeks cancellation notice and the letter of her doctor confirming the diagnosis. We were expecting at least some human compassion, but instead, they did not come back to us, so we send a kind reminder 4 days later. No word about our family emergency, but just "Sorry, strict bkg conditions" - no refund, not a cent! We were somewhat disappointed and tried to call them over the phone, and then via booking.com Priority Service. They would not even reply to booking.com! Instead, we received an email a few days prior to our booking, if we need a garage and breakfast - of course we did not and got back in touch a third time by email to explain the circumstances. No reply. I contacted italian friends around, to speak on our behalf the same day of our planned, first booking and the receptionist said "Sorry, we are fully booked, I can't help you" and hung up on them. They gave our room to someone else! A day after, we got notified that they are taking a no-show fee extra to the money that we already fully paid for the room. I can't say how disappointed we are with their customer service approach, only their accounting seems to work pretty well. Now, we are in touch with booking.com to put in a complaint against the hotel and have our money back for the second night of our stay. Hard to belive, that these people operate in the customer service business. I don't see their...

Worst facilities and service ever experienced on a hotel! Having been to Bolzano 7 years ago, we wanted to make a stop with our daughter now 7 years old. We have been driving around this july in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Tirol and Austria, and selected Business Resort Parkhotel Werth becase of the pool (since we knew we would be arriving to Bolzano after a hot day of driving, and had planned to go for a hike in Oberbozen / Soprabolzano) the day after. We were informed that the outdoor pool closed at 20.00 and the indoor pool closed at 22.00. We had checked in, and was ready for a brief dip in the outdoor pool, and then test the indoor pool to cool down after a days drive. We went to the outdoorpool 19.45, but was met by a seamingly annoyed waiter/barman emphasizing that we had to get up in 10 minutes. It seemed that he was annoyed that he could not close it yet. We went down briefly, and told our daughter that we would then just head to the indoor pool. But what met is there, was more suited for a hounted house than a hotel. Lights were out, and the indoor "spa" area seemed abandoned - no staff, no water circulation, pool looked dirty and the only thing present was a harsh strong smell of chlorine, and small soapy chlorine foam stains on the surface. I wouldnt ask anyone to go down in that water. When we asked the reception, we met absolutely no understanding. She talked briefly with the barman, and came back with the explenation that it was not dirty, but quite the opposite, so that we were wrong. I mentioned that it looked abandonment and I doubted that it was intended to be that way, and that I had never experienced something like this in any other hotel. She said that the reason were that nobody went in the indoor pool??? But why then advertise that you have it?? Also they wouldnt change the opening hours of the...
