Villa Maria Luisa Guest House — Hotel in Cagliari

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Maria Luisa and we really enjoyed it.||The location is fantastic; right on the 'lungomare' of Il Poetto. The rooms (some with a balcony) have a great view and are well-furbished (recently renovated with a lot of taste and very clean!). The bathroom is very modern (and the shower was just great).||The breakfast was excellent and offered everything you need to start your day: good coffee, fresh salad fruits, delicious pastries, ...||The building is a beautiful villa well-decorated with a magnificent garden and terrasse where you can relax after a day at the beach which is literally at five meters from the B&B. The beach has several 'stabilimenti' but also a public portion. We tried Emerson and The Golfo Degli Angeli where people where very nice.||The water was clean and transparent like in Villasimius which was an incredible experience near Cagliari.||The B&B is located at less than 10 min by car from the city center of Cagliari where you can enjoy good restaurants and shopping. Parking is available and easy.||On arrival, the owner gave us very good recommendations about where to go in Cagliari and Chia. ||We shall definitely go back to Villa...

Fabulous villa. My husband and I stayed here for four nights on our tour of Sardinia. The room was very clean and large, as was the modern bathroom with excellent shower. On the down side we had to ask the cleaner for clean towels and the bed sheets didn’t get changed. Large outdoor space with fabulous sea view and a fridge. Free WiFi and safety deposit box. We agreed an arrival time, but no one was there to great us, we were let in by another guest. Also agreed on a time for breakfast and when we went down to eat no one was there. The cleaner arrived later and started preparing it while we sat waiting. One our last day we were told a voucher for breakfast would be provided for the beach cafe across the road, this was very poor and we were not made welcome. I’ve been staying in this place for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it!|The location is simply perfect.|It’s just 30 seconds from the sea.|The villa is very cozy and well designed.|There is a beautiful terrace with sea view where I’ve been enjoying my tea 😊|As I stayed there for 2 weeks, I changed 2 rooms and the other one became my favorite.|It’s like a princess room.|House is very clean.|Alessandro, an owner of that place, is very polite and helpful.|I am happy I spent my holidays in such a wonderful place and I highly recommend it...
