B&B Residenza Marina — Hotel in Carrara

We arrived mid July to stay in this charming residence with 2 friends from England,ready to show them the delights of Marina di Carrara and also the historic old town of Carrara with its quarries and area of outstanding beauty.We were made very welcome and were pleased to be shown our very comfortable bedrooms with a nice big really comfortable bed and adjoining modern shower and toilet.Attractive decor,and air conditioning was a welcome addition so our room was kept nice and cool.Everything very clean and plenty of fresh towels for our use.We loved the little garden in front and at the side and it was great to come back midday and relax there for a while.Breakfast was served in a bright airy room just off the garden,where there was more than enough to eat,with cerials,rolls,cheeses,cold meats,fruit and an easy to use good coffee machine.I must thank and praise the owners for making gluten free items available,which made life a lot easier.It is a family run B and B and everyone was most welcoming and helpful and friendly to us.Must add the pick up service from Pisa airport was a real bonus to us both arriving and leaving and reasonable for 4 + luggage.Thankyou for a memorable holiday.Am sure we...

The owners are lovely people, and the rooms, breakfast area, and courtyard patio are clean, beautifully maintained, and lovely. We were warmly greeted. Any question was answered kindly, and helpfully. The breakfast is wonderful, with homemade special treats each day, and a variety of fruits, cheese and meat, and breads as well.
