La Villa vacation home Lake Como — Hotel in Como

Wonderful inn - very relaxing and we felt right at home. The owners as well as the staff are so friendly and welcoming, very service-oriented. The home is beautifully appointed, the spa facilities are a nice benefit, the grounds are lovely. There were aromatic diffusers throughout the house so it smelled great. Nice addition is the honor-system market in the basement stocked with all kinds of goodies, if you need a snack, a bottle of wine or whatever.

The owners also have a cafe/bar in town (very nice along the promenade near the finincular) and a wonderful restaurant called La Pasta in the old town. The food was great and the service too!

Como City is up and coming as a tourist spot, but retains a lot of local feel - unlike the more touristy towns up the lake. There is good ferry access everywhere. Highly recommend this inn as a great spot for your Lake Como...

We had the pleasure of spending one lovely night at this fantastic Villa. The rooms are gorgeous, immaculately clean and the staff and owners were fantastic and breakfast was such a treat. In the morning we inquired about staying for a second night. Though they could not accommodate us, the owners( a warm and friendly family), went out of their way to find us another place. They made calls, escorted us to the new hotel, let us use their private parking garage in centro and walked( carrying one of our bags) to the new place. This place was great and we felt so special and well treated. The steam room was OK and the salt room was very relaxing! The breakfast was really good and offers variety.
