Thin walls was the only negative thing. Rest is quite alright. The localisation. For people that prefer calm areas over crowded ones its better than Andalo ( at least in January- maybe it is the other way around the other time of the year) . The magic of the lake Molveno along with its' stone coast is mesmerising - for barefoot travelers it is a "must-walk" :). Do 10 per la cordialità della reception, per il resto non ci siamo: Non penso che la struttura sia tenuta a dare il kit per le prime necessità (il cliente dovrebbe portare tutto con sè, come abbiamo peraltro fatto), ma se decide di avere questa attenzione non può fornire una spugnetta stoviglie usata seppure disinfettata (almeno credo,) è poco igienico. Farebbe schifo a chiunque, compreso alla Direzione della struttura se fosse nei panni del cliente. Durante i primi gg di vacanza il soffitto della stanza da letto si è riempito di muffa, ad intervalli regolari lungo il percorso delle travi e lungo l'asta della tenda: è necessaria un pò di manutenzione! L'armadio è stato inutilizzabile per il cattivo odore di muffa. Da ultimo siamo stati invasi dalle formiche (è necessaria manutenzione!!) Soggiorno costoso per la qualità...

The location is perfect, easy walk to the water, food and supermarket. The residence is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did find the the pillows were closer to bricks than ideal and the lack of kettle was sad for...
