RELAIS Residence — Hotel in Comunità di Primiero

Absolutely NOT recommended; we staied there between Christmas and New eve for 7 nights (end of 2023), in a 2 bedrooms flat. We booked after talking by phone with the receiptionist specifying clearly that we had 3 kids, the youngest being 1y old. The flat was old, poorly decorated, the baby bed was in the kitchen/living room, as it could not fit in the room that were upstairs (how can you imagine make a 1-y baby sleep in a living room???); kitchen is useless as too small and old; burned my finger while holding the hairdryer; had to make the matress change in the main room; security bareer was broken on the top bed for the kids. So my 2 sons had to sleep together in the lower bed for 3 nights as nobody from the reception was considering us. Talking about the reception which is 10min from the place: poorly responsive, not understanding, did not even try to help nor reduce the price (3000 euros for 7 nights!!!) considering the poor quality of the service. Talking with other guests: all felt the same. Swimming pool cannot be used as too cold, spa was overcrowed. Thank you ClubRes for this terrible holidays: we will NEVER come...

Esperienza pessima. Due giorni di ferie rovinati. Siamo arrivati al club residence relais sabato alle ore 15.20, troviamo un cartello alla reception con scritto “reception chiusa. Per il check-in rivolgersi all’hotel Sporting via fontanelle” Così ci avviamo verso l’hotel Sporting distante 700mt dal nostro appartamento prenotato. All’arrivo nella all dell’hotel troviamo una coda di 12 persone in attesa di fare il check-in. Abbiamo aspettato ben 55 minuti per fare il nostro check-in. Arrivati alla reception una signora, che crediamo sia la proprietaria, ci ha chiesto di saldare anticipatamente il conto ancora prima di mostrarci il nostro bilocale per 5 adulti e un piccolo cagnolino. Appena entrati nel nostro appartamento ci siamo accorti che le foto presenti su Booking che identificavano la nostra prenotazione non erano corrispondenti a ció che avevamo riservato: il bilocale era minuscolo per 5 adulti, tavolo rotondo con solo 4 sedie, angolo cottura molto più piccole rispetto alle foto. Pulizia inesistente, ragnatele che pendevano dal soffitto con ragni, peli e capelli sul pavimento del bagno e per finire un Fungo all’interno del lavello della cucina. Dopo essere rimasti sconvolti siamo tornati alla reception dell’hotel Sporting ci siamo lamentati con la proprietaria, la quale si è dimostrata veramente molto arrogantemente e presuntuosa confermando che l’appartamento da noi prenotato l’avevano già occupato altri clienti del residence che permanevano più notti rispetto a noi e che le foto presenti collegate alla nostra prenotazione su Booking sono foto generiche e standard. Abbiamo pagato fino all’ultimo centesimo (cane compreso). Abbiamo capito che è solito gestire in questa struttura le prenotazioni in modo arbitrario dato che abbiamo assistito ad altre lamentele di altri clienti.
