Hotel Savoia — Hotel in Comunità di Primiero

We arrived at Albergo Savoia in the evening after a 2.5 hour drive from Treviso, not knowing what to expect as it was our first visit to San Martino and the Savoia. As the hotel||has not been reviewed on TripAdvisor, our decision to book there was based on the information from their website. Thank Heaven that we made that decision !!!! The hotel is absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean and modern, whilst retaining the "Dolomiti" touch!!!||The owners, Cristian Marin and his sister made us feel more than welcome and felt at home with their down to earth hospitable approach with their customers. As we arrived late evening, we asked if we could have dinner in the hotel's restaurant.....which again was a wonderfull experience where we had some of the best ever Costata di Vitello cooked on their open grill.....600gr of it each!!!!! With very good wine and service to complement the meal.We can only ask Cristian to keep it up, as we will definitely be back. Our three day stay was by all means not...

The hotel is very comfortable and friendly with children. It has a play room, that need to be updated a little, but entertain them as well. My husband went to snowboard and i was very cool at the playroom with my baby. The food is good, is not a large gourmet menu but is varied. Anyways, there is pizzeria bar where you can go in case you want another kind of food. The hotel does not offer lunch. The spa is very cozy, the massage therapist (a curly brunnete girl) do their job very good, i can not remember her name, but I like to meet people with good vibe, and also Maria the restaurant waitress was very friendly with us! Se volete trascorrere alcuni giorni a San Martino di Castrozza, dovete venire in questo Hotel a 4 stelle, e vi sentirete coccolati dal primo momento che entrate nella hall, fino alla fine del vs soggiorno, con la bravissima Michela che oltre ad essere la titolare, insieme al fratello, è onnipresente, anche al servizio della cena. E poi ti da’ utili consigli per dove andare a fare le escursioni.|Tutta la struttura e’ perfettamente in ordine e pulita, e le camere, la nostra, ad esempio,era comoda al 2 piano, e spaziosa per due persone, con un bagno e doccia molto comoda ed un grande balcone, con vista Le Pale. Inoltre il letto ha dei materassi fantastici ed la camera è ben insonorizzata.|Intelligente l’idea di lasciare la camera il giorno della partenza alle ore 12,00 e non alle 10,00 come fanno tanti hotel, che almeno ti da’ la possibilità di fare le cose con calma. |Anche l’aerea Welness è molto carina, con i lettini sia all’interno che all’esterno con un bel giardino, e consiglio di utilizzarlo, perché la vista che si vede è un toccasana per il relax. |La Spa, ha un bagno turco spazioso e comodo e poi una bella sauna, con doccia emozionale, mentre al centro della zona welness e’ presente una vasca riscaldata, dove ci si può stare tranquillamente in 8-10 persone. Forse il top, sarebbe una piscina esterna, ma non poi così essenziale, perché dopo una giornata di montagna, ci si rilassa ugualmente. |Parliamo della cena, che è un altro punto forte di questo hotel. Non ho mai visto una scelta di 10 primi ed una varietà di secondi, in un hotel a 4 stelle. Mai. |Per non parlare dei dolci, che sono uno più buono dell’altro. Inoltre se uno vuole chiedere il bis, ti accontentano subito. Inoltre la musica soft e le luci della sala, infondono quella pace e tranquillità che tutti hanno bisogno quando si è in vacanza.|Anche la colazione non è da meno, e si trova anche il centrifugato che in tanti hotel della stessa categoria, per un motivo o per un altro, non si trova.
