Let me go through our experience:||1) Arrival: the transport from the airport was organized by the hotel. We arrived at 11pm. The door to the hotel was closed, when we entered, luckily because someone went out for a cigarette, wer had to look in the bar and around the hotel for someone to give us room keys. Unthinkable given that they provided us the arrival transport and were aware of the time we arrived with our children.||||2) The lobby area is visually pleasant. Surprise when you realize the apartments look like they are from the 90s. Run down. But that is the least of your problems. All rooms are accessed through outdoor hallways - so if you are going to the restaurant for breakfast or going to a swimming pool you need to dress to go outside - coat, hat. If you are coming in the winter for skiing - obviously it's cold! So if you are travelling with children this is a big inconvenience - no wearing "house shoes" around the hotel, since you need to fully dress and have your coat with you.||||3) The cost of this place, if you consider all the hidden costs, ends up being higher then a great 5* hotel. As part of the hotel stay you only get 2 family entrances to the pool/ sauna area, additional entrances cost 20 eur per person. ||You need to pay extra to have your room cleaned at the end of your stay 50 euro, and cleaning of your room (30 min) during your stay is an additional 25 euro. To have changed towels (3 standard size towels 15 euro, a face towel 5 euro etc. ). Lost room key 5 euro. Finished toilet paper? Thats also at extra charge. ||||4) Service in this hotel is UNBELIEVABLE! I have never stayed in a hotel where I feel every person that works there is doing you a huge favor by allowing you to be there. Lets start with waiters - to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, you need to ask permission and pay at the hotel reception, 25 EUR per person, no discount for children. With this receipt we went to the restaurant, which was supposed to be open from 6:30pm, of course we cannot enter until 6:50pm because they are not ready for guests, and the manager/waiter says he doesn't have our family on his list and we need to go to the reception to resolve this instead of going by himself to resolve the issue - keep in mind that we provided him with the "restaurant ticket" and proof of payment we received from the hotel reception. After when we sat, we ordered 3 fish dishes, but the served only 2 and when I asked for 1 more the waitress (I think Cristina) started screaming at me that she brought what was ordered. Anything you ask for at the restaurant is responded to with a very dramatic eye roll and frustration practically saying "how dare you". When we sat at a table with our friends, the waiter screamed at us - I'm not exaggerating - screamed at us that we cannot sit wherever we want and this is not our home! Instead of kindly looking for a solution so that we can sit with our friends. Unbelievable. ||At the spa - you receive 1 towel per person. I asked for an extra towel - the rude lade said "no!! one towel per person!!" Almost like a soldier. I honestly feel like aim in a very conservative boarding school getting screamed at and requiring tickets to enter different facilities. ||||5) breakfast - breakfast is available until 10am, but by 8am half of the ingredients are not available anymore. For veggies - you only have cucumber if you are lucky, fruit is available only if you ask for it, and of course if you do, expect to be scolded at with a dramatic eye roll and then told that they don't have anymore. Bread is finished by 8:30. ||In the hotel description it says there is a pizzeria - so I thought after skiing we would be able to eat pizza sometimes with our kids at the hotel - no, it's never open, or only from 6pm, even though the hotel description says it is available from 12 till 11pm. Of course the man at the hotel bar - where the reception informed me I must ask for pizza - was telling me in a very rude way that pizza is not available.||||We are here with a bigger group of friends, and everyone is in shock at all the details of this hotel experience, with mind you is very expensive for the standard that you get. ||We are still here so let's see what else will happen, but if you didn't book this place yet,...

This is definitely my friendly advise!
All started to go wrong once we booked our stay on booking.com we booked a room for 2 and asked to they kindly provide a cot, at this point the staff said I needed to upgrade the room for a room of capacity of 4 people. Which doesn’t make a sense at all! My baby still need a cot, no need to sleep in a unsafe sofa bed in a cold room apart of my bedroom! Ok? No, but I’ve accepted thinking about my previous amazing experience in January 2022. Then once arrived 1 hour earlier the ridiculous check in (4pm) we couldn’t go to the room and I’ve went to the kids play area, God, the play area looks like more an deposit of things, but the surprise was about to happen, a man was sleeping inside the soft play! The situation was really uncomfortable and the man doesn’t seem care about our presence. Many staff walked through the room which says in the door to not use shoes and either a door to outside. God! Totally unacceptable and unsafe.
We order a pizza from the restaurant at the hotel… Jesus the worse pizza in Italy!
The cot? Never provided, baby needed to sleep with us to be safe.
We asked for some towels on spa to take to apartment and use it on pool area, and a woman come from the reception being really rude saying that wasn’t permitted and was really rude with the spa staff, I understand this is the rules, but we didn’t know, don’t need to be rude to educate your guests!
Next day we went to the breakfast, which in 2022 was the best part of the stay, and now a completely mess.
The breakfast finishes by 10 am, if you arrive from 8:30 am you will find the buffet not completed, missing food, missing even the basics like dishes and cutlery. The food don’t have labels, you don’t know if have allergens on the recipe of the offered food, you see a completely understaff giving their lives to try to sort everything out, but they were too overwhelmed.
Another shame is the checkout and room services - don’t have room services at all and on checkout (10 am) we had a surprise that a expensive and 4 stars hotel don’t have cleaning service and we need to dispose our bin ourselves really far away from the hotel (???)
Things good: the view, the room was clean and tidy on arrival, near to ski station and easy access to the city...
