Farmhouse Chiostrino — Hotel in Comunità Montana Parco Alto Garda bresciano

We were lucky enough to stay at Il Chiostrino in May 2017. It was perfect for us, the view over Lake Garda and the pretty roof tops of the hill village were hard to tear your eyes from (we had sun and rain during our short stay and both stunning). The photos don't do justice to the garden and pool area. It was peaceful and the surrounding valley is full of olives, vines, roses and other flowers which made for a truly beautiful backdrop. We love this area of Italy but it can be hard to find the sort of simple, understated, chintz free decor we prefer. Il Chiostrino is stylishly furnished and well designed in a welcoming way. I wasn't looking for another stay on Lake Garda but I was attracted by the stripy cushions in the photos and we're so glad we booked - we would go back to the area just to visit Il Chiostrino again. Our hosts were lovely and took really good care of us. The steep and narrow drive up the hill reminded me of Greek villages but once in, we found that the property is connected by attractive boardwalks to the chi chi nearby village by Il Vittoriale gardens so an easy and gorgeous walk to bars and restaurants, from there it was another easy stroll down the hill into Gardone Riviera. Wir sind seit Jahrzehnten am Lago und kennen denke ich jeden Zipfel, jedes Hotel und zimmer, aber das hier hat uns echt umgeworfen, weshalb wir erstmalig davon berichten.||||Freunde empfiehlten uns das Haus und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.||||Gastfreundlich bis unter die Fingernägel, höchste Sauberkeit und die Wohnungen eingerichtet mit Herz.||||Ein großes Areal, was nur zum entspannen einladen kann und ein Garten Eden dazu.||||Muss man erlebt haben und dazu wirklich noch am Rande, super günstig für das, was man geboten bekommt ||||Wir kommen wieder...

Herrliche Aussicht (App. 4 Personen), moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Für 2 Paare okay, allerdings ist ein Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer, dies ist vielleicht nicht für jeden optimal, für uns war es aber kein Problem. Pool und Garten sind perfekt zum Entspannen. Nichts für solche, die den Massentourismus suchen.
