BEWARE OF STINKY BUGS! I booked an apartment for 2 nights. We were so excited when we arrived, because the location and house are beautiful. Few hours after check in we started noticing big bugs (ca 1,5-2 cm x 1 cm in size). They appeared to be stinky bugs. They were in different places: on the curtains, lamps, walls, sofa.. in the living room and bedroom. I took over 10 of them out, but new kept appearing. In total I saw probably 20-30 bugs. My daughter refused to sleep there. The owner Daniela came to check the place and said everything is normal. These bugs are normal in this house and that it is our problem if we dont accept it. I have been to italy ca 20 times and never seen them before. Because it was late for finding another place, we ended up sleeping in the car in their parking lot (they provided us with blankets). In the morning I asked for a refund and cancellation. Daniela refused, stating, that nothing was wrong on their side. The owner was extremely rude and started yelling at us in front of other guests (something I have never experienced in my life) and told us to leave. We left in the morning after spent 1 night in the car and paid full price for 2 nights. The whole experience for us was horrible due to the bugs and extremely rude owner. Beautifull amazing place, It looks like from the 18th century but everything is very modern and practical...View is Magical!!! From the hill You can see lake... Specially at night. 💖 Staff is very friendly and helpfull...domestic atmosphere 🏡(This place is dog friendly🐕😁) only thing that You should be aware is road leading to this place... Is very narrow and hilly... But as one of the guest had written he had Volvo CX90 and he made it(if You have bigger car You need to have some skills🚘😁 Recommend to everyone, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is not...

Don’t come here unless you have kids or like the noise!

We were here in June. Beautiful estate, good breakfast, but nothing for a couple without kids! The pool was packed with loud kids at all times. There were not any kind of rules put up by the personal or any kind of management towards the parents in order to guarantee a comfortable atmosphere for every guest - with or without kids. So definitely not a quiet paradise if that‘s what you are...
