If you’re looking for a total relaxation for the whole family, (an escape from the city) I strongly recommend this place! Mr.Marco,the girl in the front desk and all the other staff were amazing. Very accomodating from the moment of booking the room directly with them, checking in, until check out. We also enjoyed the live band at the restaurant. The room was just in front of the pool and the pool was facing the lake. Absolutely Beautiful. The only sad thing about this experience is that it was raining during our entire stay that’s why we couldn’t use the pool (but it wasn’t their fault at all :D ) We would love to come back on summer this year and the following years hopefully 💕

Update 5.7.25: Nach der Antwort des Hotels auf diese Rezension von vor 8 Monaten, anbei die schriftliche Bestätigung des Hotels. Gerne kann ich Ihnen auch nochmals die etlichen Emails weiterleiten, die Sie nie beantwortet haben sowie die ungeschwärzte Version der schriftlichen Bestätigung Ihrer Rezeptionistin. ********************* Ich warne jeden vor diesem Hotel! Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privater Sauna gebucht. Bei Ankunft am Hotel teilte man uns mit, dass das Zimmer bereits vergeben sei. Außerdem sei die Sauna sowieso nicht in Betrieb, da es zu warm dafür im Sommer sei. Aufgrund dieser Umstände einigten wir uns mit der Dame an der Rezeption vor Ort, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht antreten werden, sondern den bereits bezahlten Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen würden. Dies hat uns die Dame an der Rezeption auch schriftlich vor Ort bestätigt. Die über 300 EUR/Nacht wurden uns bis heute nicht zurückerstattet. Unsere mehrfachen Kontaktaufnahmen hat das Hotel vollständig ignoriert. Ich kann nur jedem dringend von einem Aufenthalt in diesem betrügerischen Hotel abraten. Professionelles Verhalten sieht anders aus. Wir werden nun rechtliche Schritte gegen das Hotel einleiten.

RELAIS VILLA OLIVI non è altro che un vero paradiso in terra. Lì vivono angeli che si prendono cura di te ogni giorno. Marco, il proprietario di questo luogo meraviglioso, è una persona molto calorosa e affascinante, capace di soddisfare le esigenze culinarie anche dei palati più esigenti. Sia io che mio marito siamo cuochi, quindi sappiamo bene di cosa parliamo. L’atmosfera di questo posto è incredibile: una piscina con vista sul Lago di Garda, un uliveto e tante altre coltivazioni che Marco utilizza nella sua deliziosa cucina. La piscina è perfetta sia per i bambini che per gli adulti, e i nostri figli erano felicissimi. Tutto il team di camerieri e cuochi è formato in modo impeccabile e ben informato sui piatti e sui vini che si trovano qui. I vini proposti sono di altissimo livello. Le camere sono pulite con grande cura, e in particolare la signora Nadia mette tanta dedizione in questo lavoro. La signora Viola, che accoglie e assiste gli ospiti, è una persona straordinaria: aperta, disponibile, estremamente professionale e con una grande conoscenza di questo luogo; mette davvero il cuore in ciò che fa. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was honestly perfect. The views are amazing. It is a small family run hotel Marco and the rest of the staff make you feel so comfortable even making pasta for our lunch around the pool at no extra cost. The walk into garda is around 25 minutes we had a car so didnt have to walk back up the hill a taxi back was around €15 though.||The rooms are spotless and comfortable we stayed in room milano with a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. Just gorgeous!||Breakfast each morning was delicous and a selection of fruit and snacks were available during the day. Wish we had more time to book a dinner reservation as marco serves fresh fish and meats cooked on a bbq. ||No iron in the room but this was not a problem as marcos mum ironed my boyfriends shirt better than either of us could do it!||Thanks for the most perfect trip we have loved every minute and will be back next year! If you book to stay here you wont be...

We stayed here for 3 nights in July, and loved every minute of it.||Our apartment was very large, lovely sized rooms, excellent well stocked kitchen, huge balcony overlooking the infinity pool and Lake Garda in the distance. The views are fabulous., and the pool is simply stunning.||Marco and his family made us very welcome. We travelled with a small dog, and she was welcome everywhere too :)||Not too far from Costermano & Garda, although a car would be advisable to see the sights of Lake Garda properly.||The only thing I would have liked would have been air conditioning in the apartment, but ceiling fans did a reasonable job of cooling us down in the hot summers nights.||We would definitely go back, and hope to do so at some point...
