Residence Nives — Hotel in Eisacktal - Valle Isarco

Short: one of the best apartments we ever stayed in, fully recommended, no breakfast (it's an apartment, not a hotel)

Long: We've been totally happy to stay for a longer weekend. It's just perfect if you're here with a bigger group consisting of different couples and small families. The building has a parking lot right up front (be careful to park ahead because of the lower balconies, one spot is dedicated for EV charging) and consists of different apartments and a common grilling area. The rooms were very clean, had just about every sanitary necessity and everyone had their own balcony. It takes you only a couple of minutes to reach the old town by food, there's a supermarket close by as well as an excellent bakery (where we had our breakfast) and a nice public swimming pool with spa area. What makes it even better is the fact that you get a "Brixen card" with a lift ticket for the Plose area included (once up and down) and a public transport voucher as well as one free entrance into said swimming pool called "Aquarena". Excellent accomodation; room was spacious and came with a mountain view, as well as a kitchenette that allowed us to prepare our own meal. Distance from town center was walkable, but time taken was made quicker with the free rental bikes that was provided - we used the bikes to explore the area as well. The Brixen Card that was given (as part of our booking) allowed us to have free public transportation as well as a free cable-car ride up and down Plose! Einmal mehr durften wir einen äusserst herzlichen Empfang im Nieves geniessen. Dankeschön liebe Margit, es gibt nichts schöneres als sich so willkommen zu wissen und den Start des Winterurlaubes so schön zu beginnen. Wir sind Fan der ersten Stunde und waren von Anfang an von der ausgesprocheneren Qualität dieses Hauses begeistert. Wir sind durch unsere Berufe viel unterwegs und bereits in unzähligen Häusern zu Gast gewesen. Was das Nieves betrifft, gibt es kaum noch eine Möglichkeit einen Aufenthalt in Brixen besser zu geniessen.. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, modern und sehr ästhetisch gestaltet. Die Betten bestechen durch gute Matratzen und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Der herrliche Parkettboden und verströmt einen angenehmem, unaufdringlichen Holzgeruch. Moritz hat unseren Vorschlag eines Vorhanges beherzigt und geschmackvolle Gardinen montiert. Somit fühlt man sich vor fremden Blicken nicht mehr beobachtet. Fantastisch ist der Balkon gestaltet, im Sommer kann man herrlich den Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Brixen bei einem Glas Wein geniessen. Ausgestattet mit Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühlen lässt einem kein Wunsch offen. Das Badezimmer besticht ebenfalls durch die Grösse und die herrlich, grosse Dusche. An dieser Stelle gilt es zu erwähnen, dass die Produkte aus dem Hause Rituals stammen. Nieves ist und bleibt unser Nummer eins Place und die Mitarbeiter reflektieren die Philosophie einer perfekten Gastgeber-Kultur. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch im Nieves.
