B&B Maison Du Relax — Hotel in Foggia

Very close (5 minutes walk) from Foggia rail station was one reason for choosing this.||Once in the room it was really good and matched the photos and description well. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was good, nice towels. Superb value for money. However, read on as leading up to this wasn't a good experience.||Whilst the description on booking dot com for the room itself was fine, it was disappointing that no mention about the Vikey online registration and virtual key was mentioned. I've used properties before with door codes so accept letting yourself in maybe necessary. But this was a lot more hassle complicated by the fact that Italian law requires guests to be registered at accommodation properties.||Somehow I missed the email that had the passport registration I was until then expecting a meet and greet as nothing on booking.com about any of this. So a suggestion perhaps this is made clearer.||The online registration needed three different photos of my passport including one of me holding it up against my face. Having already registered online for two other hotels in Italy over the previous few days, all they needed was name, number, country etc. Definitely no photos. The virtual key was a problem. Maybe I didn't check or tick the correct cookie settings but it failed to work. I called the property owner, and was told only by WhatsApp. Eventually a 2nd link got sent with a code and it worked. It was stressful and in fact the owner did come round and gave me physical keys. ||So if you are unhappy about opening door locks connected by the internet using your phone screen, this may not be a suitable...

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso la suite Himalaya, stupenda! Il b&b è collocato in una posizione centrale, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima Signora Teresa, che ci ha coccolati sotto ogni punto di vista! Tengo a precisare che si è tutelati moltissimo dal punto di vista del contatto diretto, in quanto si ha la possibilità di effettuare check-in online e pagamento con carta. Il b&b è sanificato e i profumi utilizzati per l'ambiente, sono davvero di qualità. In stanza, la vasca idromassaggio è molto grande e accogliente, le lampade di sale creano un'atmosfera meravigliosa, il soppalco e davvero comodissimo ed è molto più ampio del letto, permettendo anche la collocazione di due utili comodini. Salutiamo con affetto la signora Teresa, non vediamo l'ora di tornare a trovarvi, grazie di tutto😍 Danilo e Francesca...
