Tenuta Agriturimo IL RISVEGLIO — Hotel in Imperia

The pool and garden are beautiful. I advise to pay extra for the breakfast. The breakfast is good (self service in a small kitchen by the pool) and it will also save you the trip to the town which is about a 15-20 minute walk. That's not too long but it's a very steep trip up the hill. They have their own parking space but again it's a very steep road. There was a good working Wifi. The television was not worth putting there and the deckchairs were also a bit worn out. The town of Imperia is ambient and has lots of good restaurants. The only setback for us were the small rooms inside with no windows. The rooms feel like a stuffy space. The only room that had windows was the kitchen where you can also find a little sofa. This is also your livingroom. It was too small for us and our 2 children. Especially the room with the bunkbed was too small for our children of 9 and 15 years old (a room where the bunkbed just fitted in and a small pathway). When you don't mind your interior...

We’ve been here with 2 kids (15-17years) and had the apartment with a terras. This was good as we could stay outside during the day.||The apartment has airco in de bedrooms and living/kitchen. The one in the livingroom was not working but that was only when prepairing a meal a little hot. The kitching was ok, but the amount of glaces, plates and cutlery was not much. We missed a pair of scissors and a ladle. ||The terras was good and had shadow until 13h. The sunshade was good for after 13h. The chairs were not the most comfortable. ||The pool was very nice and during our stay not busy. The chairs and beds around the pool were a little old and some were almost broken.||The apartment is situated on a hill and the walk down to the town is good. But the walk back up the hill...... is a good way to burn the calories from the icecreams.||All considering:|When we are visiting this part of Italy again we’ll definately consider...

Die Besitzer dieses Agriturismo sind nur auf Abzocke raus. Wir sind angekommen und uns wurde gleich mitgeteilt, dass wir die Kurtaxe dann noch zahlen müssen. ||||Die Wohnung wurde uns gezeigt, weitere Infos haben wir aber keine erhalten. Der Garten wurde uns nicht gezeigt, usw. ||||Wir merkten schnell, dass wir im Badezimmer beim Lavabo und in der Küche kein heisses Wasser hatten. Haben die Besitzer dann darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Nach zwei Tagen kam der Housekeeper vorbei, 'flickte' es, ging aber bis zu unserem Ferienende nicht mehr. ||||Der Balkon ist schlicht eine Frechheit, sehr klein und vier Personen (auf das wo die Wohnung ausgelegt ist) können nicht Draussen sitzen. Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Ein Wohnzimmer wo man auch mal gemütlich sitzen kann, ist nicht vorhanden. ||||Gartenanlage ist nicht gepflegt, Liegen (14 Stück) am Pool alt und teilweise defekt. Sonnenschirme hat es nur 3 Stück, wobei nur einer ganz war. Dusche am Pool war verschmutzt. Die Fussplatten um den Pool waren sehr verschmutzt, wir hatten immer dreckige Füsse beim barfuss laufen. Abdeckplatten am Rande des Pools sind locker, man hat Bedenken, dass die gleich in den Pool fallen.||||Die Besitzerin des Hauses sahen wir jeweils am Montagabend im Garten, hat kaum bis überhaupt nicht gegrüsst.||||Die ganze Anlage ist eingequetscht zwischen zwei Durchgangsstrassen. Dies erzeugte sehr viel und unangenehmen Motorenlärm. Besonders die Motorräder die die Strasse als Rennstrecke benützen waren sehr störend, vor allem Nachts!||||Die kläffenden Hunde, teilweise den ganzen Tag und die Nacht durch, waren sehr sehr mühsam!||||Alles in allem können wir einen Aufenthalt in diesem Agritursmo NICHT empfehlen. Die Bilder entsprechen in keinster Weise den gezeigten Fotos in Booking.com. Die Anlage ist nicht gepflegt, Frühstück oder anderes Essen wird nicht angeboten. Das schöne Kerzenlicht auf den Fotos ist Wunschdenken. Die Preise sind eine Frechheit.... es ist eine...
