Hotel Serenella — Hotel in Jesolo

I have some serious concerns about this hotel. The toilet was not properly cleaned and this made the bathroom stink. The bathroom was also mouldy and the shower had no curtain or door surrounding it, and the shower was directly above the toilet. There was also no room service, and the staff were unfriendly; no effort to welcome. The food was poor quality and the vegetarian options simply a disgrace, as they were very bland. There was meant to be a buffet but we did not get one, and there was a poor breakfast selection. Staff were also seen smoking right outside the hotel entrance, which caused very few people to use the outside seating. Rooms were tiny, and there was no railing on the bunk beds. Needs reporting to health and safety. Only come here if you want to be ripped off...

Very basic hotel with a decent location. At first glance it seems great. Only the room was refurbished, bathroom was not. The smell from the drain was beyond horrible. The only was to survive was to have widow wide open all the time. Second flaw is breakfast. Apart from watermelon and eggs nothing was fresh. Everything else was prepackaged and just unwrapped for breakfast. Lots of sweets and not much else. The third and most important thing is the hospitality or lack of it. I travelled to this hotel with 51 people. The Hotel is nice and clean but the staff members are rude, especially Michaella. She is not friendly, not helpful at all.
