Regina Urban Beach Hotel — Hotel in Jesolo

We booked a superior room with a double bed, what we actually got was a rather basic room with 2 single beds pushed together. ||When we mentioned this we were told double beds (French style) were only available in basic rooms! They did however fit a mattress topper as a compromise but not what we expected, both the room & the bed. My partner, who booked the trip/room felt strongly the hotels condition had been quite overrated (not as advertised) in fact the only superior element was the female managers attitude when we later complained (to follow)||The hotel had been "recently refurbished" but some elements, particularly our bathroom were tatty, damaged & or badly finished, I've included pictures. Noise insulation was also an issue, I/we were woken every night, several times by noise from the street, refuse vehicles and on our second to last night by drunk guests in the room next door.||Our complaint was poorly handled by the staff, one of whom ran off crying! I had to confront the German speaking guest myself, to no avail! He denied any involvement so the staff just shrugged and said that's that but I'm afraid it was not!||We were asked to leave if we wished!! (Great damage resolution management, NOT!) ||The loud/unaccountable German couple/family were repeat guests so our complaint was questioned/dismissed by staff. Not ok!!||Up until that point we were both prepared to let things go but after how our complaint was handled we would NOT recommend this hotel. Everything was "ok" until this point but on our behalf went rapidly downhill afterwards ||As a balance the cleaning staff and also the serving staff in the breakfast room were excellent as was Marco, again until I complained!||My partner holidays in jesolo every year with her family & would not return. ||Ok start. terrible! everything is musty and wet. you can immediately feel it in the room. two children coughed all night, my wife has been allergic ever since, asthmatic symptoms appeared!! the clothes were all clean water. the check-in took more than half an hour, with two small children, they wouldn't have given the room until then, rather they waited at 5 pm. they took the price of the first night from my card a week ago, upon arrival two unlucky receptionists, the right hand doesn't know what to do, took the left base and took the price of one night again, so that I was standing in front of him and indicated that I would pay in cash now. when they saw that we were upset, one of the colleagues took it and basically canceled the amounts taken. I have not received the money back to this day. I don't recommend the place to anyone, the place is disastrous, when I left I told the new receptionist and the owner what happened, they shrugged their shoulders and said that's it, they have guests anyway, we can go about our business. Voglio condividere la positività del soggiorno in questo hotel. Ho prenotato un haparahotel, cioè camera con uso cucinino ed è stata la scelta migliore mai fatta. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 gg e abbiamo trovato moltissime note positive alcune veramente uniche. vicinanza al supermercato posizione centralissima scorciatoia al mare a due passi entrata alla zona ombrelloni immediata posizione ombrellone libera ( ogni mattina scegli dove metterti così puoi anche cambiare vicini se disturbano ) 2 lettini in spiaggia con sdraio in aggiunta se necessario personale alla reception solari e disponibili distributore gratuito di acqua frizzante e non, fredda e gratuita ( abbiamo risparmiato mille giri al supermercato e una 50 ina di bottiglie da smaltire ) a disposizione 5 bottiglie di acqua vuote con tappo colorato così ognuno ha la sua bottiglia ( in più io avevo le borracce termiche) raccolta differenziata ad ogni piano così da non avere immondizia in stanza e smaltimento corretto camere spaziose con balcone infissi super a tenuta (posizionato sulla via centrale non si sentivano i rumori dalla strada) ascensore veloce Servizio di stoviglie, piatti, ecc in haparohotel indispensabili e utili pulitissimo tutto e ordinato personale delle camere efficienti,sorridenti, simpatici, veloci e disponibili la camera consegnata prima dell'ora stabilita disponibilità a togliere e aggiungere culla e letti senza una piega ( in base alle persone che arrivavano per 1 o 2 notti), tot posti in stanze 5 persone con 1 culla 2 stanze collegate, ma divise da mini corridoio con bagno materasso stupendo ( credo memori ) cuscino meraviglioso ( basso) come piace a me, con disponibilità di aggiungerne un altro per chi lo vuole alto condizionatore silenziosissimo con regolatore semplice ma chiarissimo porta verso il corridoio pesante e a tenuta rumori bagno nuovo, doccia grande termos in bagno che si può accendere per asciugare gli asciugamani se bisogno struttura nuova e colorata in toni delicati che rilassano colazione abbondante internazionale varia ( una gioia per gli occhi) e il cappuccino alla macchinetta buonissimo ( poche volte è così buono) cameriere di sala efficienti e sorridenti macchina parcheggiata in albergo, e in caso di bisogno c'è un parcheggio in zona per la seconda macchina. per scaricare posto all'interno del parcheggio e non in strada. possibilità di accesso alla struttura anche se via bafile è pedonale ( alla sera) guardiano di notte sempre disponibile in cado di bisogno ho prenotato online con registrazione anticipata, velocissimi al momento dell'arrivo per ultimo ; la terrazza coperta sulla via principale è ottima sostare un attimo se piove ! bici disponibili che non abbiamo usato perfino il gestore della zona ombrelloni è stato super disponibile e simpatico.

Che dire di più ? Le più belle ferie fatte con 2 bambini piccoli e pure risparmiando.
