We went to this restaurant tonight because it seemed to have many vegan options.
Service was friendly but slow. We were waiting aprox. 1 hour for our starter dish which basically was fried falafel on salad (vegan polpette) It was ok but not worth the wait. Idk why it took so long, the restaurant didn‘t seem too busy. (Those Falafel usually take like 3 minutes to fry)
As a main i ordered spaghetti aglio oglio, which was pretty bland and didn‘t taste good at all. No fresh peperoncini as i’m used to, only got some weird peperoncini oil which tasted like the oil which was used for the dish while cooking. The gnocchetti pomodori my gf ordered was decent but bland as well (needed salt).
Since it was marked as a ‚vegan‘ dish and available on vegan menu I was pretty surprised to see minced meat pieces in my spaghetti dish. I usually don‘t write reviews for restaurants but this time I just couldn‘t hold back.
Wouldn‘t recommend anymore since i still had to pay the dish and only got offered a desert i didnt want to eat.
I hope this was only the case for us. The other people seemed to enjoy their dinners.

Read moreThis food was exceptional and what I was hoping for when coming to Italy. I had a pizza zola with bacon and Gorgonzola, fantastic. My wife had the seafood pasta; the pasta was Aldente and the seafood spot on (she is a chef), and the kids had a small pizza for bambini and Carbonara. The last one was a bit too salty for my taste but still very delicious. We came here by accident as all the others on the main street had a long line or no space. Maga Mago is a bit away, the atmosphere is not made up, it's convenient and simple, but the waitresses take time and are super friendly (we had other experiences where that was not the case), and the food is outstanding. They also convinced us to try the Sicilian dessert specialty :), a bit heavy but super delicious. The price is more than you pay at the cheapest places, I think my Pizza was around 18 €, but on the other hand, you get a meal you truly enjoy. I would recommend it to anybody walking along the Jesolo...
Read moreWatch out, it's a scam this place! don't eat no gnocchi here!! We had the caponata as an entry which was delicious but the gnocchi were clearly frozen and heated the whatever how many times. Even though on the menu they said I'd come with mozzarella fior di latte there was just random cheese on it, as the plate in a whole was just bought at the supermarket and heated up. It was not only disgusting but created a stomach ache for the whole evening. It was clearly not fresh and there are serious doubts that the hygienic standards were maintained. After we told the waiter and the cashier lady that the gnocchi were clearly not homemade but old and bad she tried to tell us that we should have ordered something else. Well, if we knew we wouldn't have come here. Thanks for nothing, it's a huge...
