Angela and Keith provide guests with the best care in their wonderful Ville Gentile.||The ville islocated in the friendly town of Levanto, away from the crazed crowds of the 5T towns so after a day of hiking you can retreat to this oasis.||The rooms are clean, the shower pressure great but space is tight if you are larger than the average bear.||Keith’s English was so helpful and we appreciate his time and effort afforded to us.||Angela was a superb host who puts out a bounty of breakfast you serve yourself.||Granola,cereal, Fruit tart, Bundt cake, ham, cheese, bread for toasting, jars of Assorted fruit jams, many flavors of yogurt, orange juice, expresso machine that Angela will make or make for yourself an expresso, cappuccino, fresh fruit like bananas, clementines, apples,pomogranetes.||The breakfast room or courtyard is set up for your use.||The renown La Picea is down the block and around the alley.||Come for an alternative to staying in the 5T villages and come away with great memories of sincere hospitality.||Thank you...

Located in Levanto, the town near Cinque Terre, the advantage of which is good supply of hotels with parking and more of a "real" italian town feel than the ultra-touristy CT. Very east access to Cinque Terre by train or boat, which were walking distance from the hotel. Hotel Villa Gentile offers large quaintly-decorated rooms. Ours had an external private bathroom, which was no problem for us. It was large and clean and there was even a washing machine in the bathroom. Rooms were spotless and quiet. Read moreMy husband and I are just back from Levanto where we spent three says in This lovely family run hotel in the center of the town and it’s near the beach and close to the train station from which you can reach Cinque Terre.||Angela , the hotel owner, is very kind and helpful and gave us a few tips about the beach, the best restaurants and Cinque Terre. ||I wonder why this hotel had only got one star. It’s clean and cosy and it deserves more stars! Probably it is because the bathrooms are not ensuit, but they are just next to the rooms and there is no problem at all because they are private.
