Hotel Residence Lido Sas — Hotel in Malcesine

The hotel offers a beautiful location, very good cleanliness, and a rich, well-presented breakfast. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding service. I arrived with my elderly mother, who was unwell, and we received warm, attentive care from the moment we arrived. A staff member kindly guided us in the parking area and also assisted us at the room entrance and with adjusting the air conditioning. Nicole at the front desk was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. At breakfast, a member of the dining room staff welcomed us with great sensitivity and kindness. Great place and super friendly. Nicole and Elena couldn't do more to help. Nice pool that the kids swam in a lot. The lake is v close just across the road with a private pier for the hotel that we would leap off for morning swimming. Malcesine centre is 40 mins walk along the coast and very nice to have a bit more peace than being in with the crowds in town. The self catering family suite was in impeccable condition and had most of the things you need in the kitchen but a few extras like salt, oil, washing up liquid, wine glasses and a toaster would be helpful additions. 😊: Die Familiensuit und die Anlage ist, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es ist modern und sauber. Sie liegen direkt an der Promenade. Sonnenliegen auf einer Rasenfläche, direkt am See. ( etwas hinter der Bucht von Val di Sogno). Ein schöner Fußmarsch von ca. 2,5 km ins Zentrum von Malcesine. Es fährt allerdings auch ein Bus mit Haltestelle vor dem Hotel.. 😢: Es war ein Urlaub als Familie mit Hund. Bei uns gehört der Hund dazu. Diese Ansicht ist unterschiedlich. Den Urlaub gemeinsam in der Anlage zu verbringen war nicht möglich. Unsere Tochter hätte gerne häufiger den Pool mit uns genutzt - das war nicht möglich. Der Hund ist auf dem Zimmer und am See erlaubt. Das war es. Die Tiere sind geduldet, aber es ist kein hundefreundliches Hotel. Unser Zimmer war in der 1. Etage, Blick nach hinten- das bedeutet wir haben vor eine bepflanzte Betonwand geschaut, was den Raum zudem sehr dunkel machte. Würde nur mit Blick auf den See buchen. Für eine teilweise Selbstverpflegung würde ich mich entsprechend besser ausstatten. Was die Küche hergibt ist zweckmäßig- keine Kaffeemaschine und abgezähltes Geschirr, Töpfe und etwas Besteck.
