I am going to share my honest opinion about this hotel with you, and that is that this hotel is worth the money you pay, as it was one of the cheapest hotels that I booked at the time. It was available. And I must also point out that we should not forget that the number of hotel stars should reflect our expectations. It says 4 stars on the signboard of this hotel, but I don't think that the quality of this hotel's service is up to 4 stars. I think this hotel is two stars upwards or three stars. Of course, I have to point out that giving stars is different in different countries. Since I traveled to 17 different countries and met hotels with different star ratings and spent nights there, compared to this hotel, I don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars. The area where this hotel is located is a quiet area, and one can reach public transportation as well as restaurants in the shortest possible time. One of the receptionists was very kind, but the others were not as kind as they should be, and in terms of speaking English, I had to repeat something several times to get them to understand me. The quality of the breakfast was a very ordinary breakfast and there was nothing remarkable that I want to mention and it was at the level of a 2-3 star hotel. Unfortunately, in our room, the noise from the adjacent and upper rooms could be heard to such an extent that if they opened the water tap, I thought that someone had opened the water tap in our toilet. Another point that I would like to point out and share with you is that the quality of the bed mattress in our room was not good at all and the springs of that mattress were all sticking out and I could barely sleep two or three times during the 5 nights. time to sleep And finally, whether I recommend you to stay in this hotel or not, it depends on you, if you expect a comfortable and very quiet night, no, and if you don't want to spend a lot of money and many such issues that I mentioned. It doesn't matter to you, so definitely choose this hotel. But will I return to this hotel again on my next trip, unfortunately I have to say no, I will never...
Read morePros: Great location! It is within a short walk of Parco Nord, a bus stop, and a tram station.
The room that we chose is well equipped, even includes a kitchenette, closet, and a desk for working. We stayed for many weeks and didn't have problems. The staff members, except one, were kind and professional.
Cons: Received unprofessional treatment during our last day. We were moving things back and forth to the car (parking is outside). When I came back to the room, I found the head of housekeeping roaming around alone inside our unit. She said she thought we've left. Well, we definitely haven't cos half of our stuff is still there.
Then, she urged me to leave sooner, telling us check out is at 10.00. I was confused and mentioned that the check out time on the document (we signed an agreement when we checked in) is different, she didn't respond then walked away WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING after moving her hand in the air in front of my face.
We travel a lot so we are used to hotel stays, but I've never seen someone so rude working in hospitality, especially from a managerial level. The rest of the cleaning staff has always been incredibly kind and understanding to us though, not sure why their boss was so rude. We informed the receptionist about the incident. After moving our belongings, we finally checked out at 10.30.
This incident is unfortunate because everything else was fine. Addition: Found out that our friend has also stayed there when she first moved to Milan. She...
Read moreThis hotel is classed a 4* but I would hesitate to call is 3. The rooms are very spacious because they are really a self catering/apartment style with a kitchen/living area, bedroom area, v large walk in clothes storage and a large bathroom, but the location of the hotel is way out of the centre of Milan and we had a lot of trouble finding it. When we finally arrived, we were told we should have got off 2 metro stops sooner and taken a no. 4 tram but this is only the sort of thing you find out once you arrive! Having said that, most of the staff were helpful but when I rang down on the 2nd day to request more shower gel as it had not been replaced, I was told they could not bring it up but I would have to go down to reception. When I did so a rather curt young man told me we were only given some yesterday and weren't due any til the next day! Is it rationed or do they not shower daily?|The breakfast was very disappointing because whatever time we went down, whether it was at the beginning of the service or later on, there were never any eggs and the waiter said he was on his own so we could not have any. What he did all the cooking and waiting? So all in all, what with the remote location (although it was quiet at night) and the rather lucklustre service, I would not class this as a 4 hotel and I would suggest that the travel company who arranged it review what their standards if they want to offer 4* ...
