Hotel Residence Alpinum — Hotel in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. The rooms are warm and cosy and have natural wooden furniture and big balconies. Staff is nice and friendly.

Apartment for 4 persons has a fridge and a small stove with basic dishes. There's a phone and a TV, unfortunately without usage manuals. Also no written cards or descriptions except those at reception.

In the basement (floor -1) there is a solarium, small swimming pool and sauna. It's all inclusive in your daily price except solarium where you need extra coins. When you check in you get 2 x magnet cards for access to your room and wellness floor on floor - 1. Wellness area available from 08.00 till 20.00 o'clock.

Garage is on the floor - 2. Better pay 5€ per day for a garage than searching for a place to park which is very risky for getting a fine.

Breakfast was included and offers great variety of food and beverages. Several types of bread, cheese and ham, boiled eggs (no scrambled or sunny side up), cereals, muesli, nuts, warm or cold milk, tea, coffee, juice (no pressed), croissants fresh out of the oven, fresh fruit, marmelade, Nutella, butter etc.

Restaurant Rosmarin is recommended near the hotel for having a nice afternoon /evening bite. Nice prices and good quality.

We have stayed here 4 times as this has been well managed and has great infrastrucure with a lovely backyard.||Common sanitary equipment must be filled up snd used, not just put loose toilet rolls around and put in a stand alone handsoap. Lacks hotel professionalism when not maintained.|The garden also need a trim to get back to its original glory. Cut the trees growing in front of the balconys and remove weed around the bubble lamps and it will look great again.||The hotel has a lovely lounge area in the backyard. Locals and staff are particularly found of the first table, which is frequently used at late and early hours. We had to ask staff to be quiet in the mornings - two days in a row - with no improvement. Happened at 06:03 am one day and the next at 05:34...||Once hotel guests will be respected for their privacy and calm mornings this hotel is a truly fantastic place.|Breakfast area placed in a marvellous winter garden and breakfast...
