Café Domino — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

We were sitting in front of the bar counter. They had a stack of plates one on another on it. One of the plates just started to slip from another. My husband tried to jump to the bar from our table and catch it in the air, but couldn't. He did that cause he is very nice personwho wantst to save someone else's plates.

After a minute, one of the staff just started to clean and told us that "you could just say sorry" and tried to blame us in this accident.

He was not listening to an explanation, even though it happened in front of his face. Just blame us for nothing and yelled. I don't know what was a problem with this person, but honestly, it's so rude.

I don't recommend visiting this place ever, cause you can be yelled and blamed for any reason. Maybe it's a standard of treating people in this cafe, have to idea. But...

Brutta esperienza. Entriamo per mangiare lo strudel, che abbiamo visto nel bancone assieme alle altre torte. Ci accomodiamo ad un tavolo e ordiniamo due caffè (cappuccino e americano), uno strudel e una foresta nera (la cameriera ci dice che forse non c è più la fetta di foresta nera, ed in quel caso diciamo di portare una sacher). Dopo 15 minuti, la cameriera torna e ci dice che lo strudel non c’è più. Decidiamo quindi di non prendere altro, convinti che ci sia la foresta nera, dato che non ci aveva detto altro. Per scrupolo chiediamo se ci fosse stata almeno la foresta nera, e solo allora ci dice che ci avrebbe portato la sacher. Assieme all’ordine avevamo chiesto miele, e il caffè americano con acqua/latte a parte. Dopo altro 5 minuti Arriva un’altra cameriera con due torte (una sacher e un’altra torta), il caffè americano senza acqua a parte ma già in tazza, e una sola bustina di miele. Quindi richiediamo dell altro miele, e ne portano solo un’altra bustina. L’altra torta che era arrivata, non si sa chi l’avesse richiesta, dato che espressamente avevamo detto che eravamo entrati per lo strudel e non volevamo altro. Al momento di pagare, alla cassa, una cameriera ci chiede che tavolo eravamo, se avevamo il biglietto che avrebbero dovuto lasciarci. Ma non ci era stato dato nulla, quindi cerchiamo di spiegare a quale tavolo fossimo stati, ma lei ribatte che serviva il tagliando. Overpiced and VERY bad done cocktails.. Pina colada doesnt tastes and looks like it should. I have got in large cocktail glass 3cm of the drink and 8cm of the foam which was not possible to identity what it was. but caffé and cakes are average.. They dont make you happy but either not offend.. Staff is polite and nice. This is only one place in Campo tures where you can sit, drink or have dessert during the day. Place is...
