I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the lack of support and clarity I experienced while trying to resolve a recent issue with my reservation. When I initially booked my room, the advertisement clearly stated "pay at the hotel – no payment upfront needed." Based on this, both I and a friend of mine confidently made separate bookings. However, a few days ago, I was surprised to receive a notification from my bank indicating that your hotel had attempted to charge me for three nights in advance. Since I was under the impression that payment was to be made upon arrival, I had not ensured that the necessary funds were available at that moment. Nevertheless, knowing I would be paid shortly and was fully committed to my stay (having already purchased my flight), I contacted your team via the online chat to explain the situation. The first representative I spoke to seemed understanding and agreed that I could make a bank transfer on 28/08, which was just a few days away and still well in advance of my check-in date on 03/09. I expressed my gratitude and asked for the relevant bank details to proceed. Unfortunately, to my surprise and frustration, another representative later told me that I had to pay immediately via card or the booking would be cancelled – completely contradicting the earlier agreement. There was no willingness to understand or support my situation, despite my clear explanation and assurance that the full payment would be made just days later. This inconsistent communication and lack of empathy left me deeply disappointed. As a result, I was forced to cancel my booking and arrange accommodation elsewhere, which is now far from my friend and has negatively affected my travel plans. What was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday has been disrupted by what I can only describe as poor customer service and misleading policies. I sincerely hope you review the way such cases are handled in the future. They don’t tell you that if you want row 2 or 3 on the beach you pay the beach boy an extra 5-10 euros each day. Which makes very expensive sun lounger.||Beer at the bar -cash, transport to the airport - cash.||We had the hotel shuttle to Rimini airport 45 euros. No conversation in the shuttle Howe er very pleasant.||Rooms clean fresh towels each day and beds changed air con excellent.||Only negative the staff it’s like you are in the way. Especially the female receptionist, maybe she should re think her customer facing career choice. Read moreI stayed with my husband from 4/6/14 to 5/6/14.||||We chose this hotel because of proclaiming to have a swimming pool and a wi-fi in all rooms. What a surprise that the pool was closed that day because of some chemicals or cleaning. The wi-fi worked only in the reception (we tried 3 other rooms with no success). Have to say that the receptionist was trying, called some technician several times to no avail. The air condition was not working at all. The room was ok though, comfortable bed, clean refrigerator. The wall, surrounding the balcony is very tall, no way to see the sea when sitting on a chair, even for a person over 180 cm tall. And one more advice I would share with the hotel staff - there is a thing called chlorine bleach, it is usually very cheap, easy to use and it fights the mold. Try it in the shower booth some time.||||The last downfall was paying - the receptionist apologized for not accepting cards. OK, I had cash. But the receptionist did not have any change (paid 42 with a 50 bill). And he was expecting me to go somewhere to find it! ||||Also I have to mention the location - very nice, but since you are next to the beach that is all private, I would expect some sweet deal with the beach people, especially when the pool does not work.
