It's really unbelievable. Just because we asked for a child seat, the lady argued with us, even though we had received one without any issue from other staff members two days ago. Today's staff told everyone else that we wanted a child seat, and they all looked at us so aggressively and rudely, as if we were not customers but enemies entering the restaurant. All of this, why? Just because the lady had to remove the seat and replace it with a regular chair at the table. It's truly a shame to experience something like this; it's not normal at all. Instead of treating tourists kindly (as Italy is known for tourism) and showing them that all Italians are friendly, unfortunately, this restaurant is doing the exact opposite. Sorry, but we're not beggars asking for free food; we come and pay with our own money. It would be nice to be treated kindly. As I learned in the Swiss hospitality industry, no matter how difficult or stressful the situation is, that's not the customer's problem. If a hospitality worker can't handle that, then they shouldn't be doing such...
Read moreThe food is very tasty and delicious the service is very slow and they don't speak in english very well hence you may facing some languange issues to understand each other. When we were finished we asked for take away our food. The waiter didn't understand or might forget it. 20 mins later we were still waiting our take away boxes nothing happend. I was wondering about our foods it turned out the waiter has threw out the dishes. At the end they made a new food for us with no additional extra charge. It was an unpleasent situation. Anyway I want to say thank you for the main host guy or the boss who has created a new food for us and the help.
For the future I'd recommend to all waiters in this restaurant to be more calm rather than in rush as it will cause misunderstands due to a big pressure.
To whom who will be visiting this place bring at least an Italian friend or someone who can speak the same languange so you won't have...
Read moreWe were so Lucky to get a table and I would say that so far this was the best sea food we had in Italy. We were a party of 9 (adults and kids) and everything was amazing. We were sitting outside on a Nice terrace with a view. Had a mix plate of seafood for a starter which we really enjoyed, i had a fish for my main course with Oliver and tomatoes which was reccommended by the waiter and omg that was so good, my friend had a Tuna fish with capers and tomatoes and it was also excellent. Guys had a fried sea food platter and the kids gnocchi with salmon and seafood spaghetti and it was all really Yummy. Pina colada was also perfect and our waiter and the service we received was fantastic. We loved it so much we booked the same palce for the next day which we never do. Highly reccommend - you will not regret this but do book in advance as they are pretty busy and even the locals know How good they are. Also really good...
