We only stopped for 2 nights but we had a fabulous time. The propriety is well connected to the city via bus or the little urban train rome-viterbo so you can be in the heart of Rome in 30 minutes. The train itself is a must as it takes you back to some time ago. Very reliable though. Regarding the room and facilities we felt very spoiled. We were even asked to pick the room we fancied most, they are all differently decorated but very tastefully. Astrid couldn't have been a better host. We arrived very tired and soggy but her welcoming smile made us feel better straight away. She took great care of us and helped us planning our stay. We will definitely be back next time in Rome....

I cannot spend enough words to describe how beautiful and comfortable this place is. Franco, your host, together with Astrid , will make you feel like a member of their family. My room was bright, very very clean and nice. I came here after a surgery so I could fully recover and also see the wonderful roman villa behind the B&b , enjoy the garden and the beautiful cars who come to visit you. ||If you want to visit Rome the train station is just 3 min walking distance from this place and there you get the train to piazza del popolo and villa borghese (takes just 20 min). The owner was such a nice lady and offered all the support from before we arrived until the very last minute.
