Agriturismo Huberhof — Hotel in Salten-Schlern - Salto-Sciliar

Had dinner with friends without prior booking at Huberhof (we had to wait roughly 20min to be seated) and really enjoyed a delicious home-made South Tyrol dinner! We went for the set menu which brought a little bit of everything, starting with pumpkin soup and a platter of cabbage and meat. For dessert, freshly roasted hazelnuts, yummm! We ate to our heart’s content! We were seated in the little wooden cabins outside, they have a heater. Before leaving, we bought 3kg of apples from the property, it’s a self-service little store in the barn next to the restaurant. I am already looking forward to going back. My regret is not being able to stay there, so book a room if you can get one. For dinner - best meal I have had in Italy and this is my third time traveling through the country. Everything is fresh and even quite unique. The presentation is absolutely beautiful with edible flowers from the farm. I loved sitting outside with the incredible views and the sounds of the farm nearby. We loved our stay at this Bauernhof in Südtirol! The newly renovated rooms are beautiful, high-quality, and very comfortable. The owners are friendly, relaxed, and great with kids—our boys felt right at home.

The playground was a huge hit, and the food was excellent—both dinner and breakfast. Breakfast in the chest with drawers was a fun highlight for our kids every morning!

Perfect location in charming Völs am Schlern, close to a supermarket. We’d happily stay here again—highly recommended...
