What a disappointing experience at Tschafon restaurant this evening.

It started off okay as we were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken, but that is where the good service ended. We ordered a cheese board as an appetizer and made sure to ask if crackers or bread were included. We were told yes of course. Then our cheese board comes but is missing the bread... So we mentioned this to the server and were told "sorry I forgot to bring it out." Not a big deal. But then we waited, and waited, and waited, and then 20 minutes later our main course was delivered. Still nothing for our cheese board. So we mentioned it again (this time a new server as the first one had completely abandoned us), and she apologized and said please eat your main course first and I will bring you the bread.

We were halfway through our main course when the bread finally came for the cheese board, but at that point it was too late. We were already frustrated. On top of that we were never offered any refills after the first drinks came. We felt completely ignored by the wait staff.

The service was overall very poor and ruined what could have been a good meal. We would not return here and would recommend others who value good service to...

Almost certainly the best pizza I have ever eaten!

The dough was thin and crispy (precisely what you would want from a good pizza), and the flavor-rich toppings were incredible and of high quality. I highly, HIGHLY recommend anyone passing even remotely close to the area to make a detour for lunch or dinner here!

And to add a cherry to this already exceptional experience, the service was delightful. Very friendly and pleasant staff.
