Residence Abruzzo Resort — Hotel in Unione dei Comuni della Val Vibrata

Location was very good, it was close to the beach and the whole town of Tortoreto Lido was nice. The apartment was spacious and it had enough room for our whole family. Since we had the big penthouse suite also the terrace was excellent with great view to the sea and to the hills. There was a parking garage with a named spot for our apartment.||||There was some communication problems with my limited knowledge of Italian with the staff. The reservation stated that the cleaning was for extra charge only but this was not the case. There were thee cleanings during the week included. We did not realize this and were confused that should we let the cleaning ladies in or not and would that cause us extra. The WIFI was only free for 5hrs for one device after that it costed extra. This is our 7th year in a row returning to Residence Abruzzo Resort. The management and staff always give a warm welcome on return and do everything in their power to give you the best holiday. Apartments are so bright and clean and big balconies where we enjoy our meals outdoors. Our apartment is cleaned regularly by the team. Steps from the beautiful Adriatic beach. We stayed at the Residence for two WONDERFUL weeks! The owner Massimo and staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The residence offers all the comforts and is modern and clean. I highly recommend this location for quality and price. Every need was met promptly and efficiently. Close to the beach with two chairs and umbrella provided on site by the resort.
