I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Anchise Mare. I was looking at apartments in the area. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with Alba Adriatica.|Anchise Mare is a beautiful , clean and updated residence. The Residence is in the heart of the city. Just 150 meters to the sea and the splendid luongmare.||Best of all is Barbara who made me feel at home immediately! When I first came in she brought me to a neighborhood restaurant and introduced me to the owner.|Barbara welcomed me not only to the Anchise Mare Residence, but to other local businesses. Appartamento molto pulito, angolo cottura con due piastre elettriche, piccolo ma completo di accessori essenziali. Molto gradito il cambio biancheria a metà settimana, incluso nel prezzo. Aria condizionata efficiente con sensori alle porte, soluzione che io non avevo ancora visto ma che ritengo una valida scelta in tema di risparmio energetico. Il residence possiede un parcheggio interno e coperto a pagamento, ma é possibile trovare parcheggio anche vicino alla struttura su strisce bianche. Si trova in un'ottima posizione. C'è una piccola piscina nuova e ben tenuta, nella quale Barbara ha permesso a mio figlio di fare un bagno a mezzanotte del Ferragosto ( fuori orario ma un gesto molto gentile) A circa 200 metri dal lungomare, in una via con tanti negozi: piccolo supermercato, gelateria, pizzeria, bar, ristorante di sushi, ristorante tradizionale, farmacia e cosa non poco importante se non si vuole cucinare in casa questi ristoranti offrono anche un buon servizio di asporto. Gestito dalla signora Barbara che é stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile, si vede che fa il suo lavoro con grande passione e attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Leider zeigen die Fotos nicht, wie die Appartements wirklich aussehen. Sie sind nicht modern ausgestattet, die „Küchen“ haben immer nur ein schmales zwei Platten Kochfeld, auf welche kein großer Topf oder Pfanne passt. Es gibt den kleinsten, sehr alten Espressokocher, kejne Weingläser, selbst für eine Küchenschere fehlt das Geld. Neben einem alten Spülschwamm gibt es kein Spüli. Erschreckend ist ebenfalls, dass das Bettlaken zu kurz ist. Im Schrank hängen sehr alte Bügel aus Metall und Plastik - vermutlich Relikte von den zahlreichen Geschäften und Märkten in der Umgekehrten. Im Bad gibt es nur zwei ganz schmale Glasablagen. Sich vorzustellen, im Appartement mit vier Personen zu schlafen- das geht absolut nicht. Das App. hat weder eine Spülmaschine noch eine Waschmaschine. In anderen App. zu diesem Preis gibt es eine richtige Küche mit großem Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine…das alles, dazu noch Bügeleisen😉, als Willkommen stehen Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Wasserflaschen für mehr als eine Woche bereit. Spülmaschinentabs ebenso wie Waschmittel. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung für Erholungssuchende. Eher recht „basic“. Zudem sind die Wände dünn wie Reispapier;( Jedes Gespräch, Husten, Badnutzung… verursacht eine beachtliche Lärmbelästigung. Der Pool ist max. 2,5m breit und auf keinen Fall ein Platz...
