Riviera Residence — Hotel in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

I spent a week with 2 kids in one of the apartments of the residence and I had a good time. The balcony was safe for the kids, the facilities of the apartment are ok including the reserved parking. Mr. Giovanni is friendly. He bought a protection for kids not to fall from the bed: apparently he was not equipped before. He put an incredibly hard plastic as mattress protection for my kid in the bed: I obviously removed it. He arranged cleaning services for a certain extra. The apartment was fine for 3 people. Though, I believe there is room for improvement. The wheelchair/pushchair friendly access is the emergency door which does not open from outside! Mosquito nets would be very much appreciated since the airco cannot run all night. Been able to leave the window a bit open would spare you a very sweaty night. The fan in the bathroom is so noisy that when the kids were sleeping I could not let it run, therefore I had no light. The dishwasher washes well but it's so noisy that it cannot be run when people sleep. The fridge is so noisy that it's a pain for the person sleeping on the couch bed in the living room. The beds have traditional hard springs: not comfortable. Last, I did not like the ancient barber chair near the reception desk. It reminded me of either an electric chair or a torture chair and I did not find...

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo residence per una settimana. Il nostro appartamento era un bilocale e in tre siamo stati comodi. Dotato di open space con angolo cottura e piccolo soggiorno con divano letto, balcone, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno cieco con comoda doccia. Dotato di aria condizionata. Ogni appartamento ha il proprio posto auto in cortile ed è possibile utilizzare le biciclette (noleggiate direttamente dal proprietario). Posizione comoda, lontana dal traffico principale e dai locali notturni; attenzione ai sensori posti all'ingresso delle vie per focette: nelle ore notturne è necessario un pass. |Pulizia eccellente. A disposizione una lavatrice a gettoni. |Personale sempre disponibile e attento alle richieste....

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in un bilocale del Residence: ambiente confortevole, pulito, arioso e ben arredato con un ampio balcone su due lati attrezzato con tavolo per sei persone e lettino sdraio. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del sig. Giovanni sono state cordiali, confermando quanto dimostrato nella fase della prenotazione. OTTIMA è stata, quindi, l'esperienza in questo Residence reso ancora piu' appetibile dalla posizone vicinissima al mare da cui dista pochi minuti a piedi, dal parcheggio all'interno del cortile privato e dalla serie di servizi ( salumeria, bar, bazar, ristorante) lungo il viale di percorrenza.||Un unico problema : si rischia la dipendenza !! ....e noi sicuramente vi ritorneremo !|| ...
