Bar Milano — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

We came to this amazing restaurant first time after a recommendation from Savoy Hotel in 2003 when I was 10 years old. It’s been our holiday treasure ever since. When we first came, only one or two waiters knew some English words. The Italian charm was strong back then. It’s been incredible to watch families grow, waiters having their first day and develop into amazing waiters. To come to Bar Milano is like coming home. The food is incredible. Everything from pizza to cozze to meat to dolci. It never disappoints. I do miss one dish they had back in the days though. A seafood ravioli with black, orange and «yellow» colored ravioli. Wish they would bring this one back.

Great restaurant! Our group of six visited 3 times last week for dinner and every meal was a wonderful experience. Very good selection, service, value and atmosphere. I don't understand some of the other Google reviews as we found it to be a real find in the area...

Il Bar Milano è una garanzia! Nonostante il passare del tempo, questo posto non perde lo smalto. Anzi, tiene il passo coi tempi, pur mantenendo viva la tradizione. Il punto di forza è certamente Marco, il proprietario del locale. Una persona accogliente, disponibile e competente. Per quanto riguarda la nostra ultima esperienza, segnalo senza dubbio le penne all’imperiale, a base di scampi (unico ristorante a prepararle e vi assicuro che sono speciali), la pizza ben condita e il fritto di acciughe. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla qualità e dalla quantità delle portate. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non meno importante è la location: nel cuore di Focette, avvolto da un silenzio e una pace che fanno godere appieno la frescura del luogo. Personale giovane e ben educato. Insomma, una tappa obbligata...
