During my recent travels, I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel for one night, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. While short, my stay allowed me to get a good impression of the service, facilities, and general atmosphere of the establishment. In this review, I will share my personal rating and reflections, focusing on the room quality, comfort, amenities, dining options, location, and the professionalism of the staff.
First and foremost, the rooms were a highlight of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious they were, providing more than enough room to move around comfortably. The design was simple yet practical, and the overall cleanliness gave a very welcoming impression. The bed in particular stood out as one of the best aspects of the room. It was soft, cozy, and offered a restful night’s sleep, which is always one of the most important factors in any hotel stay. The room also came equipped with air conditioning, which was easy to adjust and worked very efficiently. This made it possible to create a perfectly comfortable temperature, regardless of the weather outside.
The bathroom facilities were equally impressive. They were spotless and well-maintained, which immediately created a sense of trust and comfort. Everything from the sink to the shower was in excellent condition, and the attention to cleanliness clearly reflected the hotel’s standards. Small details, such as fresh towels and neatly arranged toiletries, also added to the positive experience.
Breakfast the following morning was somewhat modest. The selection of food was not very large, and at first I felt it might not be enough. However, the options that were available were fresh and tasty. It was not a luxurious or overly generous breakfast, but it was certainly satisfying for a quick meal before continuing my journey. For guests staying only a night or two, it served its purpose well.
Another positive aspect of the hotel was its convenient location. Within walking distance, there were several restaurants, making it easy to find a place for lunch or dinner without the need for a car or long travel. This is a significant advantage for travelers who value accessibility and quick options nearby.
Perhaps the most outstanding feature of my stay was the staff. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, every member of the team was polite, attentive, and friendly. They were professional yet approachable, always willing to help with questions or requests. The warm and respectful service really made me feel welcome and added a personal touch that elevated the...
Read moreNot a vast number of options for hotels in the very small town of Santarcangelo, but if you have decided to spend the night here, you probably won't find a better option. Just slightly (very slightly) away from the main heart of the busy town square, you'll have a very comfortable, quiet stay in this classicly modern space, for a relatively OK rate.||||The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, with seating as well as sleeping and the linens are clean and fresh. There's no coffee and tea or drinking water in the rooms, which seems a shame, but everything else you'd need, including very good free Wifi is available.||||Bathrooms are spacious, but only come with showers, not tubs, but towels are clean, fresh and every amenity is provided. Breakfast is plentiful, although perhaps they could be a bit more thoughtful about covering items as flies crawling on eggs are never an appetizing sight.||||The staff are very friendly, although I would suggest that if the maids do insist on starting work at 8:00am, they are a little more thoughtful about those guests still sleeping. That's the only noise level that is truly intrusive. Check out is also very early at 10:00AM. Staff will help you with things to see, brochures, maps, bookings etc.||||All in all a...
Read moreThe hotel itself was pleasant enough. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and functional. On street parking is free if you can get one of the parking permits, otherwise you pay from about 8am to 6pm (prices/ times signposted) There is however, no restaurant and the breakfast buffet was plain but plentiful. The free wifi was very flaky (although had a 20mb connection speed when it worked) and you had to log in every hour or so with a complicated code which is on a small printed receipt. I am not a "culture vulture", so the surroundings were lost on me and local facilities were pretty poor. This was a hotel booked by my company's agent and is not the sort of hotel I would...
