Ristorante Lazaroun — Restaurant in Unione di comuni Valmarecchia

I came there just by a recommendation by a local guy. I made a reservation for lunch, after when I came the owner told me the restaurant was full. Finally I got a table, I asked for a terrace one and they gave me one almost in the terrace, but not totally outside. I ordered a pasta (homemade) and a meat, a Fiorentina,just for me, I needed to order 1 kg because the don't sell it less. The food was ok, but the service not so much. In general I didn't like the place, I hope better service for more than a 100 euro what I spent just for me. I start smoking an electronic cigarette in my table (almost in the terrace) and came the owner telling me I can't smoke there because I disturb another tables. (I would like to see him when some children of next table was disturbing me).Also the coffee is horrible, one of the worse espresso what I tried in Italy.. I see in your reply you are glad about for me "the food was ok", yes was just ok, I am chef with Michelin star experience and believe me, I tried so much better food than yours. According with the price are so much better options around. Just it's my opinion and my experience at your house. If you don't like I can compensate you too....

The food was delicious and the service impeccable—very patient and even German-speaking, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall great experience was somewhat diminished at the end. Our son had a painful foot injury and, since it was raining heavily that day, I decided to pick him up by car. The restaurant is located inside a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so I asked the owner if he could register my license plate to avoid a fine. His response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. Devo in primis ringraziare gli amici che mi hanno portato da Lazaroun n eravamo un gruppo di 8 persone quindi con la possibilità di spaziare nel menù.Entrando nel ristorante si percepisce subito un’atmosfera originale arricchito da tele con poesie e disegni del conterraneo maestro Tonino Guerra .Mi hanno presentato Roberto il gestore che poi ho saputo che anche lui si esprime in poesie.Le premesse promettono già un 5 stelle.Roberto ci invita a visitare la grotta sotterranea dove produce il formaggio di nicchia una idea veramente originale che condiziona la scelta degli antipasti.Dopo la visita mi sono accorto di essere in un posto pieno di storia e mi sono documentato.Nato nel 1800 come osteria la vite nel 1965 prende il nome di Lazaroun.Nel 1984 la mamma è il papà di Roberto si affacciano alla ristorazione cucinando piatti semplici,nel 1997 Roberto il poeta locandiere prende le redini del locale è con una serie notevole di ristrutturazioni lo porta all’attuale locale Ristorante Lazaroun.Come avevo anticipato non potevamo non cominciare con un antipasto e provare la famosa Landeria dal dialetto landi preziose fette di salume con il famoso formaggio di nicchia e io potevo già fermarmi qui.Ma Roberto presenta un vasto menù di primi fatti con sfoglia fresca che abbiamo aperto le danze pappardelle strozzapreti gnocchi tricolore risotto al Sangiovese per poi proseguire con dei secondi di carne alla griglia galletto al tegamino trippa baccalà in umido insomma dalla poesia ai fatti per concludere con una zuppa inglese .Come sempre mi prometto di non dare facilmente le 5 stelle ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ma ci sono caduto di nuovo location straordinaria menù eccellente servizio ottimo prezzo medio alto ma meritato.Complimenti a Roberto e il suo staff e grazie agli amici chi mi hanno portato qui.Da provare...
