From arrival & the warm welcome from Giovanni nothing was to much for any of the team. The place was so much quieter than normal camps we have been with well equipped homes, well laid out with everything you need. We as requested were in a quiet location which was provided but everyone was very respectful & with a quiet hour this felt so different from the normal campsites we have been to. The pool was perfect surrounded by beautiful mountains. A short trip to the lake with sand which the kids loved & was warm with us able to use our own kayak on, again not crowded.||The restaurant was great Umberto was always on hand for delicious latte in the morning to some of the best pasta we had at night, with nightly specials. You could even get room service & breakfast brought to your home ! Lucerito our waitress always looked after us & suggested meals, drinks again she was brilliant nothing was to much hassle for anyone we really felt looked after.||The restaurants they recommended were so special and different we never would of found them, food views amazing which was the icing on the cake for us. ||This place has shown us camping in great style with exceptional service, facilities and food well done we...

Chalets are rather cramped but having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Aircon did just enough to make it comfortable for sleeping at night. Cooking options are limited but a nice big fridge freezer to stash the beer and wine. Pool was never busy and kept immaculately clean. Wearing a cap was no big deal, they sell fabric style caps in the shop. Ristobar served a good standard of food, special shout out to Erica for her service. Clientele was young families, mostly Dutch, German and French. Very quiet and away from the lake making a good base to explore the area. Other restaurants within walking distance. There is a train line nearby but it never bothered us. The only negative is after 2 weeks we were like pin cushions from all the insect bites. I suggest bug zappers or traps be put in the chalets because it became a real problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it....but bring a mosquito net...

We stayed in the apartment for six days. Be aware there's only one! The apartment is located right above the store. The apartment is very spacious. Bedrooms have more than enough closet space. One bedroom has a bunk bed. Bathroom was clean, big and had a powerful shower. Kitchen had an electrical stove and regular size fridge. Just not very much counter space. Living room had comfortable couches, tv and airconditioning. Camping site attracts a lot of people with smaller children (up to 10 yrs old). Staff is very friendly. We had dinner once during our stay. Unfortunately, we didn't really like the pizza's. Pool is nice and not very deep. You can also use the facilities at the Conca D'Oro campingsite, which is just over a kilometer away. I would recommend taking the shuttle bus or drive your own car. It is quite dangerous to walk on the road in front of the camping. People drive like...
