Strong 5-star rating for this family-run restaurant, based on both experience and food. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the food is perfectly cooked. All the ingredients tasted fresh and full of taste. The best pasta meals I tasted around Italy. Especially, the porcini mushrooms that my partner ordered. Furthermore, the desserts were good as well. The tiramisu - the best one I tried during my holiday (and I tried a lot - in every restaurant I sat in search of the best one). All the flavours were present - the mascarpone was well-beaten, the sponge fingers not soaked and clear taste of coffee and the alcohol they used in perfect balance.

Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare presso il Ristorante Serenella, un’esperienza incredibile che consiglio vivamente e che non vedo l’ora di rivivere. All’interno di una location raffinata ed accogliente, per prima cosa mi è stata servita un’entrée a base di spuma di salmone e acciughe, che ho gradito molto. Per la portata principale ammetto di aver avuto difficoltà a scegliere vista l’offerta vasta e decisamente interessante che il ristorante propone. Il personale è stato pronto a guidarmi verso il piatto che più rispecchiasse il mio gusto, e infatti i paccheri al ragù di calamari mi hanno ampiamente soddisfatta tanto da essere a posto così. Tuttavia, non ho saputo resistere alla bellissima e profumatissima torta di mele con crumble e gelato alla vaniglia gentilmente offerta dalla casa. Che dire, tutto eccellente! La prossima volta proverò il piatto forte e originale del ristorante, i tradizionali ravioli farciti d’anatra al profumo d’arancia.

Vorrei spiegare perché ho messo Tres stelle.... Abbiamo chiamato il ristorante chiamato Vistacqua e prenotato convinti che fosse possibile anche mangiare la pizza in quanto così era indicato sul sito del ristorante stesso. Arrivati davanti al ristorante lo abbiamo trovato chiuso con un cartello che diceva che nella stagione invernale bisognava recarsi presso il ristorante Serenella. Così abbiamo fatto. Arrivati il proprietario ci ha fatto accomodare. Già trovo al quanto poco chiaro che prenoto in un posto e vengo dirottato in un altro posto. Ma poi la cosa che nn ho proprio trovato corretto è stato il fatto che la pizza nn esisteva e il menù era molto caro. Insomma un ristorante di un certo livello. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene ma spesso una cifra che se avessimo preso una pizza come era l intenzione avremmo speso la metà. Questa "manovra" l ho trovata molto scorretta.

wanted a quite break before grand parents duty's started for school holidays just what the doctor ordered Emailed hotel about getting to hotel from airport got a really lovely and helpful email back form Simone Facchinello giving us advice on transfers she sent us information on airport bus which you can book before you fly out it stops right out side hotel door and picks you back up at same place. Nice rooms very clean lovely staff very helpful lovely part of the lakes.Wanted to do a local walk which we had read about Spoke to Simone one morning about it she gave us all the information we needed and the best way to go from the hotel the information was better than the tourist board. We had a really nice meal in the hotel restaurant one night and a nice bottle of wine as i have a nut problem they checked every thing that was on the menu it made the meal would...

We have been going to Serenella for years now. The food at the Restaurant is out of this world!! The best place to enjoy Italian Food! The rooms are quiet and the beds are super comfortable! We also had a perfect little balcony, where we sat in the morning and evenings. The people working there are extremely nice and real professionals! When you visit you can stroll down to the lake and have an equally amazing lunch at Vista Aqua (by the same owners) We stayed for three nights and ate for three nights in a row at Serenella, being surprised every evening by the brilliant food. Already looking forward to our next stay here, as we will definitely return here as soon as possible! Thanks again...
